Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wallingford

I go here at least three times a week, the older lady that talks at drive-thru most days I go is so friendly and polite.

My only complaint would be sometimes when I get my large coffee, it isn't filled up all way. I'm paying $3 for a coffee, I want those few extra ounces of coffee. I'd rather have it leak it a little and get my money's worth!

Update, here's another unfilled coffee...guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Update 2,coffee isn't as empty but the toasted bagels seem to be microwaved at this location. Yalesville,south colony and the location near home depot always toast tye bagel to enhance the crispy sesame bagels,I prefer turkey...

Went through the drive through. They made my moms coffe too light. They had the nerve to say it was "one cream" like she asked for and to have a nice day. My mom asked them to remake it and they said "No"... Not acceptable. If someone wants their coffee made a certain way you listen to the customer. When I worked at dunkin in Berlin, we were a hell of a lot nicer to our customers. The young girl in the window should be put in a different position instead of drive through if that's how she thinks it works. It's customers first. Not your little opinion when you didn't even make the coffee. Re take the training class...

This Dunkin Donuts has been terrible for a few years now, it probably began to go downhill after covid happened. Tonight I go to order a drink at the drive thru and the person at the drive thru ignored me for 10 minutes. So I then pull up knock on the window and they ignore me while they continued to sweep the floor.

They also tend to run out of donuts very early during most days of the week and don’t bother making anymore once they’re out. Absolutely terrible it’s unfortunate. I will not be coming to this location anymore. I only went to this location tonight because the other ones were closed. But after...
