It's always a toss-up whether your drink is going to be made correctly or not The espresso and the coffee is good, it's never burnt or bitter, it is just you never know if you are going to get what you ordered.. also, the staff needs to be more acquainted with the seasonal and promotional drinks. This Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts is open 24 hours. I drove 7 miles specifically to get a chocolate shake. They proceed to tell me the Ice Cream machine was cleaned out, so no Ice Cream! The girl at checkout says, if you go to a Quik Check or 7 Eleven they have thise make your own shakes. Seriously? Are you kidding me? Never again to this location! Horrible customer service and a non caring attitude at 11:50pm. Avoid it! Go elsewhere! This isn't the first time this DD has made mistakes, which is okay; we make them. But, the customer service after the mistake is getting to be ridiculous. I had a mobile order with avocado toast and bacon, which I didn't realize the bacon wasn't added until I reached home. I brought it back and requested a new one because it has been some time.
