Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Walnut

I bought family size Mud Pie Mojo couple days ago @ city of Walnut location. Unfortunately, it was THE Worst experience we’ve ever had from Cold Stone. Everyone in my family loved this flavor. But not this time. We could barely find cookies, nuts, peanut butter and even chocolate syrup that are supposed to be mixed with the coffee ice cream. In stead of having Mud Pie Mojo, we just had $25 of coffee ice cream with very very light coffee taste. Guess what, found other location sells same size with $10 cheaper!! And it...

The customer service here is amazing, they always serve with a smile and it never feels rushed. The ice cream was so delicious and sweet. I was able to get the last of the 'Deck the halls with Fudge and Sprinkle' which looked and tasted amazing. It was a bit heavy on the chocolate but that was ok. Overall the place is amazing and I rate 5 stars based on how friendly and clean the place is. The food is cold and delicious. I don't feel rushed or have to wait...

My husband and I went for the first time on 10/15. Paid cash and was shorted $1.00 of my change. I have been trying to get my $1.00 for 3 days of calling but no one there is in charge? The owner was texted my number and has ignored the issue. It's not the money as much as principle that no one knows how to count back change. The employees just hand you a bunch of bills/ change with no clue what they are giving you? I will never return to such a shady...
