I felt like they didn't want to service me or help me I even bought in my own personal cup and she filled it exactly to the line which never happens at Starbucks any other Starbucks I go to and they gave me really cold hard butter and when I asked them if they could give me a softer better they hesitated before they could just tell me they could put it on a toaster for a few seconds and it's like why can't there be a little softer butter I've never been to a Starbucks that doesn't have soft butter for your bagel your warm bagel it was so cold and their whole attitude and demeanor towards me was just not helpful so I will not return to the Starbucks and they did...

Stopped by for a coffee and free pineapple passionfruit refresher.We ordered a Frappuccino Carmel ribbon crunch and received a Refresher beverage free.I ordered the pineapple passionfruit refresher and it was not to my taste. The Carmel ribbon cruncher taste like a delicious candy bar. They also have a variety of coffees and pastries , breakfast sandwiches .The service was friendly and courteous. We had our drinks in no time.The structure is small compared to others . This is the exact type of business that should close down, when your employees make mistakes that seems like it's on purpose, I'll never waste my money and order delivery from this Starbucks again. How you send some of my order and mess up on one of the Caramel Macchiatos, for the record, if it doesn't have Caramel it's not a Caramel Macchiato. Learn how to do your jobs and stop charging people for something that they didn't order, how hard is that.
