We were looking for a new place to try and found this place on Yelp. One of the great things coming here was knowing that there would be plenty of space for parking, and glad that it was a pretty big place with lots of tables. The servers were pretty nice and was very attentive to help with whatever we needed. They would come to check if we still had certain ban Chan or make sure we had water.

Food The food was pretty good, we ordered a few items: Prime Beef Bulgogi with glass noodle Original YukGaeJang with Custommade Ramyun Beef Brisket SulLung Tang with Glass Noodle Kids Size Premium Bossam Boiled (S)

I don’t know how Bossam is supposed to be but this was pretty good. I liked the different herbs that come with it to put into the Napa, but I wished there was more Napa. The sullung tang was pretty good, clear broth, note that you don’t have salt in the table to add yourself. Yumgaejang was pretty flavorful too. We liked that they gave kids in mind with clean high chairs, kids water cups and plastic utensils for them.

We had a pretty good experience eating lunch here, and would definitely come back, as it was clean and spacious....

I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, my experience was tainted by how the gratuity was handled. An automatic 18% gratuity was already added to the bill, which I understand and didn’t mind. However, an additional 7% gratuity was manually selected by the server without my knowledge or consent.

When I politely asked to have the extra amount removed, the server responded with a guilt-tripping tone, saying, “Oh, you don’t want to pay it?”—which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Tipping should never be pressured or manipulated, especially when it’s already been included.

I value good service and always tip accordingly, but this kind of behavior left a bad impression. Management should ensure staff are transparent and respectful when it comes to charges, especially gratuity. Unfortunately, this interaction soured the overall...

I called this place, Just asking to speak with a manager because I just had some things to share. It was no complaint or anything, if anything it was a compliment. The person on the phone greeted me when they picked up. I asked politely, May I speak with a manager or supervisor that's available. No response just hung up. Ok I thought ok maybe they just couldn't hear me or accidentally hung up on me. So I called back and again said hey I think maybe we got disconnected May i speak with a manager or supervisor available. They said no and hung up. So i called back and was going to ask is there a reason why they were being so rude and hanging up on me but they picked up and just hung up no answer or nothing.
