The interesting thing about Hispanic cultures is that every country has their own way to make the same things. The food was passable, average I would say. I tried the flan, tres leches, and pan dulce. The pan dulce was barely sweet, and drier than usual. The kind of dryness that you really have to gulp down and are afraid to choke as it's going down. The tres leches was well done. The sponge was over mixed and as a result did not retain any of the milk. The flan lacked sugar but I would say it was the best tasting of the three items I tried. I love my people and I love supporting their business but I was immensely let down and disappointed. I wouldn't have left a review if the parking wasn't a nightmare and after running 4 blocks in the rain since I couldn't find a parking spot, all I wanted was authentic tasting and delicious Hispanic pastries, instead I got whole foods tasting imitation...
