Let me start out by saying it's definitely handmade ice cream. In the atmosphere is amazing, The coffee Ice cream is delicious, I also like the smoothness and the creamy texture to the cookie dough vanilla BASed ice cream, But the chocolate chip cookie dough has much to be desired. I got 2 cones for the quarts that I purchased and both of them were stale the chocolate dip with no Jimmy's and the chocolate Is dip with. So for 2 cones and 3 quarts it was 49.00 BEFORE TIP. So do with that I fo as you will. I WOULD LIKE TO OF CALLED MANG. About the stale cones and the subpar texture of one of the ice creams. But I called them was told hold on twice and in the phone automatically hung up on me. When purchasing and when asking to speak to a manager english did not seem like the first Language of the people I was speaking with so decided not to call back but if a manager wants to reach out to me on this platform and provide an email address I will give you my honest review and will attach Pictures of the frostbite that was on the top of the oreo ice cream and the pictures of the consistency. In fact it's still sitting in the back of my Freezer as we speak because no one at the party would eat it. Everyone said it tasted off. Lizzy's is the best ice cream in the greater Boston area. Hands down, all-around. The ice cream is homemade and is consistently creamy and delicious. They even added dairy-free options that are the tastiest I have ever had (and since having to switch to dairy-free, I have shopped around for a quality dairy-free ice cream, and Lizzy's does it better than any ice cream shop in the area, including better than anything you can find at the supermarket). The hot fudge and whipped cream are also homemade! Overall, such quality ingredients. The service has the same high quality as the ice cream. The portions and quality of ice cream match the price point, and the portions are consistently a reasonable size. The servers are kind and patient. Additionally, I have had a birthday party at Lizzy's and gotten their ice cream catered to another party. On both occasions, everything was neatly set-up/packaged, the price point was fair, and everything was ready for set-up/pick-up on time.
