I don’t usually buy coffee since I have a Keurig at home and accessible free coffee at most events I attend. Well this was a special occasion so early morning I decided to stop to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts to get a Box O’ Joe for some Veterans I was meeting with for an event (I’m military). I walked in and was immediately met at the register with a short Hispanic chick with a chip on her shoulder. I didn’t even know it was called Box O’ Joe as I’m not a Dunkin’ Donuts regular, and it upset her. My entire presence irritated her for some reason, no matter my politeness level to her and her coworkers. She reluctantly took my order and then ignored me afterwards. I even tried to say a light joke to make her smile. She made it her point to make me look stupid and chimed in with another female coworker to gossip and laugh about me while pouring the boxed coffee and cracking jokes, still ignoring me and my requests. She finished pouring the coffee and then walked off irritated to be done with me, never looking back. Mind you it’s early morning and I’m the only customer. No customer inside with me, and no customer yet in the drive-thru window. There was a tall black guy who was near the drive-thru window who saw what was going on and came to finish my order. He was the only polite one to me out of the other coworkers. Besides him, the experience was horrible. They should fire her if they want my business again, or at least teach her proper customer service. Personal problems and egos shouldn’t be taken out on polite, paying customers. Read moreI don't seem to understand what it is with ordering. This is the third time I've placed an order and only gotten partial of what I ordered. This time was a coffee roll that was missing. By the time I got to work, it was too late to go back. When some of these people enter my place of business, I treat them with respect and cater to them, even when they want everything for free. Should I forget to give them something, they'd be up one side of my business and down the other. I'm tired of trying to hide behind backing the local businesses if they are going to keep doing things like this.
This DD establishment went downhill and their laziness in fulfilling the customer's order completely is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. If you tack on their lack of "decent" customer service, you get a DD that I'd rather drive to Hamburg for.
We as a community should be making sure each customer is greeted with the utmost courtesy and taken care of where they leave complete and content.
This DD fails at both now. Whatever happened, it needs to be gutted and reworked to fix their problems. I'm tired of getting back online over and over because you can get orders correct. Learn how to run a business for the people like me who spend money at YOUR establishment...

Read moreThey don't even deserve 1 star. Not only do they get your order wrong every single time the staff is atrocious . They completely lack customer service and are INCREDIBLY RUDE. The owners obviously don't like money considering they hire a bunch of incompetent jerkoffs that make customers go elsewhere . Last week i ordered a light and sweet iced coffee. They gave me a iced black coffee at the window. I asked them to correct it. They ended up putting skim milk in it and no sugar. Passing by tonight 5/2 @ 11pm i ordered the same thing but with mocha syrup. I asked for extra at the speaker. I got to the window there was nothing in it Before the jerk handed it to me i politely asked for more. He looked at me and said well i already put 6 pumps in it, which was a blatant lie, with the worst attitude ever. He made me so uncomfortable i had to watch him fix it to make sure he didnt do anything to it. He basically tossed my change out the window and said nothing while slamming the window shut I dont know who this individual is but he should be fired immediately.
