The employees at the store were helpful trying to resolve problems with your website. I haven’t used your app in a couple of months. So when I tried to take advantage of your BOGO offer I had to update my password. This made it confusing for me (a senior) to order. Even after I figured it out using the correct code for the BOGO offer it still came up with 1 sandwich. I even reordered right in front of the store manager. Still came up as one. I phone ordered a small steak, cheese and mushroom. While waiting, another gentleman was picking up his phone order as well, which was also a large steak and cheese. Both orders were cooked together and were finished together. His sandwich looked pretty full and mine when opened had very very little meat, it was actually all bread. Ordered a medium classic syrian veggie. It was flat as a pancake with hardly any filling. The syrian was close to stale. With a small bag of chips it was over $12.
