This place is an absolute treasure!!!! Our favorite Italian bakery and go-to spot for coffee, espresso, and everything in between. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels like home, where the smell of fresh pastries and rich espresso greets you at the door and the warmth of the staff makes you want to stay awhile.

The espresso is consistently perfect!!! Smooth, strong, and bold with just the right crema. Whether it’s a cappuccino, Americano, or just a classic cup of coffee, it always hits the spot and puts those chain cafes to shame.

Their bakery selection is next level. From cupcakes, tiramisu to fresh cannoli, biscotti, and buttery cookies, everything is baked to perfection and full of authentic Italian flavor. You can truly taste the tradition in every bite.

We love stopping in for breakfast or a quick lunch …their breakfast sandwiches are made with fresh bread, quality ingredients, and lots of love. And their sandwiches are just as impressive—simple, delicious, and always satisfying.

It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently great food, incredible coffee, and genuine hospitality, but this bakery does it all…and they do it with heart.

Except for the fact that the outdoor seating area overlooks Street Road, everything else is pure perfection! I happened upon this place in early June en route to somewhere else, and boy am I glad I stopped. Got the iced Tiramisu Latte and had been dreaming about it ever since.

Had major surgery two weeks ago, and Alto Caffe was my first chosen outing during my recovery. I returned for that iced Tiramisu, but this time, with my husband in tow. I will add that he is VERY picky with his coffee, and absolutely raved about the cappuccino, giving it a 10/10, saying that it looked/tasted just like the many cappuccino we drank in Roma. He also loved the Nutella croissant. We took two caprese sandwiches for the road and thoroughly enjoyed those as was--delicious with quality ingredients. The food here is amazing. They have the best pastry selection probably within a 15-mile radius.

The prices are nuts, though. You're looking at $7-10 for a single sweet treat, after tax. If they could take a 15-20% price cut for some of their pastries, this place could earn 5 stars.

Service is good. Efficient, courteous and professional -- a good example of how service everywhere should always be. This is not to be confused with outstanding service that's abnormally excellent. But it's still great service.

Atmosphere is nice for what it is, though it could use some help. There are no chairs for customers inside the establishment. If you wish to dine here, you'll dine out front, at a table near the parking lot.
