Subway — Restaurant in Warminster Township

Very poor service. I ordered ahead online and arrived a few minutes after the "ready by" time listed in the Subway app. I went directly to the counter and notified them I was picking up an online order (giving my name) and they had me sign for it, then led me over to a giant bag of food which they thought was my order. I informed them again that I was picking up an online order that was only one sandwich. None of the employees seem to understand English very well and just talked amongst each other, confused. The manager (or what I assume was the manager) disappeared in the back and they made me another sandwich, then tried to get me to pay for it after I had already paid for the pickup order in the app. They again talked amongst each other in Spanish before getting the manager to come out again who said "I didn't know it was an online order," despite him making me sign for a different online order earlier. He told me they got confused because they "had 3 online orders today." What?? Never ordering...

I honestly don’t know what’s up with all the 1-star reviews my experience here was fantastic! I placed an online order close to closing time, and yeah, they were out of regular Italian bread, but the employee called me right away to let me know. He didn’t leave me hanging. He gave me options for a substitute bread and even threw in a discount for the inconvenience. How many places do that these days? I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Everything else was spot on fresh food, quick service, and the place was clean. So if you’re reading these negative reviews, don’t let them fool you. Some people are just impossible to please. Today, on the website, there was a offer for a free 6in sandwich with participating Subways, it then says please select your Subway. I clicked the button to see which store I should go to. I went to your store and I said to the lady I want the free 6" sandwich. I don't know if they woman understood me, because her English was extremely broken.
