Just saying as an ex-employee customers don’t realize we are forced to follow corporate rules and we can lose our jobs over giving bigger portions and not charging . for all the customers complaining about the trash overflowing we are literally forced to stand for a certain time And we can’t leave our stations during our biggest rush which seems to be when most of you guys come . most of the customer seem to act like they are entitled to everything and bigger portions because of the price and take it out on some of the employee that’s not our fault we don’t set the price we just follow the portion sizes . tables are most of the time clean but customers are to blame for leaving pigsties especially by the soda machine how hard is it for customers to fill the cup without pouring soda everywhere 🤔 . technically speaking we’re not really a fast food restaurant but you guys seem to like to treat it that way you fail to realize we don’t have microwaves or big fryers or a freezer everything is fresh we have to cut onions and peppers and cilantro , lettuce and jalapeños cut and Deep pit and mash guac that takes time and to also cook raw meat and rice it’s not minute rice that that’s some time to make and that goes for all of it ( Rice guac fajitas ) . also it will be nice to be considerate of when ordering off-line giving us only like 5mins to make over 2-3 bowls or burritos your not the only orders we have at that same time frame / specially in person when customers hold up the lines with over 5+ bowls and not knowing what they’re getting and being on their phones makes our jobs a little more frustrating when trying to keep customers flowing and not get backed up once again corporate has a Time frame for us to help keep customers happy and flowing 🙌🏼 I get it some staff is questionable but to literally be petty and give Bad rating over stupid little things like oh how can they be out of sour cream well for customers that like to have 2-3 sides of it or 90% of what ever they get is sour cream they are Better off going to a grocery store and buying a container of sour cream and taking a spoon to it and it eat right from the jar no one ever thinks hmm may be just maybe we only have is certain amount of inventory we can carry or hold till our next delivery or maybe or delivery got messed up and they forgot some of our inventory 🙃 btw chips are always made fresh daily they literally can’t be stale possibly under cooked and it happens when New employees are making them it happens we are all humans and we learn and get better at our jobs . most of the time the Barito shells break because they’re only supposed to with stand so much food . when getting a so call burrito 🙌🏼 with only Barbacoa / carnitas knowing it’s a wet meat and getting beans / Queso / sour cream / hot/ mild / medium / guac that’s literally like trying to wrap up soup Just get a bowl its just a nightmare all around . double wrapping isn’t going to help when the shells are the same size you can only fix so much of a overstuffed...
Read moreThe place was a dirty mess. Tables, chairs, floor were dirty. Employees standing around and nobody was cleaning the dining area. I asked if someone could refill the empty hand sanitizer..... you would have thought that I asked for the safe combo. The attitude was not really appreciated. The bowl (the main product they sell) were tiny, half empty. Look we eat any many different locations. This is one I will stay away from due to the employees. (If they don't address the issues, it will be another vacant building soon. To top it off. The employees park right outside the front door, leaving the customers to enjoy parking far distances and walking over the the doors. What a shame, the food is great, but the employees are gonna ruin this location!!!
UPDATE: 06/11/23 @ about 630-645pm We tried this location again (hoping it would be better). OMG, when you think it can't get any worse! The ice machine is broke again/still (all warm beverages), they don't say a word! The food service line was was truly 1/4 empty, several proteins were empty, no veggies, no black beans, no quac, no lettuce, 3 LG bags of chips and the young man working the line didn't give a damn about his job. Lets not forget to mention that the trash can at the front of the store was again over flowing onto the floor with garbage. He was down right rude, to the point that I was about to say something to him about the way he spoke to my wife (but she stopped me, not to cause a issue or scene). Read moreI order for delivery all the time here and I come in a lot too. I absolutely love this place and the employees are so helpful. Today after a long day at my own job I placed an order and there were a few mistakes. First, I ordered a coke but they unfortunately had just run out so I got a different drink. Absolutely no problem with that I understand that things run out fast. When the delivery got here I was excited as always but when I saw my burrito I got a little bummed out. Usually my burrito is the size of a newborn baby but today it was oddly small. I bit in to it and after a few bites I knew something was wrong. A few things were missing and I was a little disappointed so I called the store. I spoke to two very polite men, one being the manager (James, very sweet) and he offered to send me a new meal or table it for another day. He told me I could come in again to redeem my free meal and I am really pleased. The workers here have always been so nice and this is one of the best places ever. I think that they are all doing amazing work for the difficulties that everyone is being faced with recently. You can ignore every comment on here about customers service because all you need to know is that these people are doing an amazing job and that they are people too.
