Paid $1,200 for a space at a comic book convention. Next thing you know the whole roof started leaking. This place is a complete joke. Not to mention they confiscated food from a diabetic who needs the sugar 😔To The Fuge’s Management : It doesn't seem to me that the Fuge staff are sorry for my unsatisfactory experience because the response you've provided to my review comes across as condescending and shifts the blame onto the Zolocon convention promoters. The Fuge's response is factually incorrect at worst, and misleading at best. I’ve been a very successful small business owner who has participated in Zolocon for the past eight shows. The events of this past February are not isolated incidents. They are just some of many bad experiences that the Fuge has created for me personally as an exhibitor. Despite this, I’ve continued to support the show because my overall experience has been worth the trouble. Other exhibitors will share the same sentiment but with stronger language. In my review, I mentioned that water was raining from the ceiling next to my booth space. Now that I understand this was a result of issues with the air conditioning system: this was not the first time it has happened due to the inadequate and overworked air conditioning. I suspect that condensation dripping into the room is a recurring problem, especially between the warmer, more humid months of May and September. The Fuge resolved the issue by placing a trash bucket under the leak until it stopped. However, the bucket remained in the aisle of the convention hall, causing inconvenience to attendees. Whether it took 15 minutes to notice, respond, and fix the situation is not up for debate in my opinion, because it should never have happened in the first place. The organizers of Zolocon are not responsible for taking food from my employee this February 2024. Your statement is incorrect on two counts. First, The Fuge provided staffing for this event, including basic operations, concession, audio-visual support, and an on-site manager. It was the on-site manager from The Fuge who insisted that my employee (who explained that she was diabetic) hand over her snacks, and this was not an isolated incident. In another instance, Fuge staff waited until a different exhibitor had left the building, then went behind their booth space and removed their food, which the Zolocon promoters later replaced. Admittedly, that is a second-hand account. I maintain that the Fuge’s building is poorly maintained and poorly managed by unprofessional people. As I look through previous reviews, I notice a high number of negative comments. Many of the positive reviews are not actually about The Fuge events venue, but rather about its onsite Tranquility Brewing Company. It’s uncertain whether these positive reviews were mistakenly attributed to The Fuge or if they were intentionally posted to improve the overall rating of The Fuge events venue, which, in reality, is not well-suited for conventions.

The Miracle League of Northampton Township, PA hosted a Halloween Bash fundraiser at the FUGE on November 2, 2019. It was one of the biggest events we've hosted to date and there were many dots to connect. The event committee members all have regular full-time jobs, none of which are in the entertainment industry, so we knew we had to chose reputable, reliable vendors and depend on them to make sure everyone had a wonderful time and we could focus on the business at hand - raising funds for our Inclusive Playground Project. Choosing the right venue to host the event was the most important decision to make and it was definitely a wonderful decision! We held our fundraiser in the Fuge's largest space. There was even a tour guide available to provide information on the human centrifuge and control center. We decorated the space for our Halloween theme and from lighting choices to donut toppings, the details reflected professionalism second to none. The venue is not your average place to host an event and I think it's probably one of the most unique event venues in the Bucks County area. Sam Cravero, the owner, and his staff held our hand throughout the entire planning process through the night of the event. There are so many decisions to be made, it can seem overwhelming. But Sam and his Staff guided us through every detail from room set up, bar and food choices, registration flow, raffle basket set-up, decorations, marketing and answering our many questions from contract through the big night! Jim Cravero is the A/V specialist and worked with us ahead of time to test the slideshow and lighting to assure us we wouldn't have to worry about technology or any other glitches. During the event, Jim and Sam provided helpful cues to ensure the audience could hear our presentation, made sure everything was happening according to schedule and consistently offered us assistance throughout the evening. There was such a sense of calm among the event committee because we knew we were prepared and were in great hands. We had appetizers, two dinner stations, a donut station and had a cash bar. The appetizer stations were attended to and refreshed as needed, the Asian and Pasta Stations had a nice variety of choices, everything was served on time and hot, the bartenders served about 300 people throughout the night and the staff made sure dishes were cleaned in a flash. And the Fuge also provided coat checkers. Debby, Sarah, Matt and Juicia were absolutely amazing and helped us have a successful fundraising event! Throughout the night and for days after, people were complimenting the venue's space, food, staff and DJ and we are convinced to make this Halloween Bash be an annual event. Thank you Sam and the fantastic Fuge folks for everything, we'll be back! :)

Edit::: In response to the establishments response. None of what I have stated is false so this review is far from illegal. My mother wrote her review the night of the wedding after how terrible the venue was. My sister then asked everyone to not review your establishment as she planned on talking over her concerns of the night. Correct she paid for a cocktail hour that was never attended due to those at your establishment not directing the guests there. You would think since it was such an issue having to serve the appetizers on the dinner side of event that someone at your establishment would have then gave some direction. That never happened. The guests were not greeted, since we had zero direction we took it upon ourselves to take our arranged seats. When a bride asks for no disco lighting, you would assume there would be no disco lighting. Not the case here, which ultimately gave poor lighting for the first dance photos. Then we have the photographer(yes is an extension of family) that you didn’t feed and tried to charge for the meal the next day. As for your response I hope others will also see just from that how unprofessional of an establishment you are.

My sister and brother in law held their wedding reception here, I feel absolutely terrible they had to deal with a place so rude, inconsiderate and uncoordinated. I have never been to a venue that has made myself and other guests uncomfortable. One of the coordinators went to take a plate of food away from my three year old. Luckily, I was there to see it happen to speak up. There is no doubt in my mind that she intended to take it and hand it over to another table after my son took a bite out of one of the fries as they were clearly short on food and still handing plates to other tables. It is not the guests responsibility to know who got what food. There was supposed to be a cocktail hour when guests arrived, yet no one was there to direct the guests to it. Afterwards they told my sister she was supposed to have someone direct the guests there. Excuse me? One of her guests were supposed to leave the ceremony early to direct guests at the venue. That sounds absolutely insane. She paid for a cocktail hour that no guest ended up at. There was absolutely no consideration to the bride on what was supposed to be her special day. She spent her night stressed out because of the coordinators. There is so many more things I could point out but the last thing I would like to point out is that this establishment had a poor attitude. They practically called my sister a liar when she expressed her concerns about the things their staff was saying that other guests could hear. Shame on this establishment. 0/10 DO...
