If I could give it less I would. 3rd time I have been there and the drive thru people seem depressed over the intercom. You drive up and the greeting seems so blank and just blah they do realize there job is to serve food to people and put a smile on that face for good customer service that is why people return. Unforthunately, the second window is worse than the first where you pay and then they hand you a bag of food as if the bag never has ripped because of the thin line paper bags they use that was dangled in front of me. You tell them they missed a taco and it’s a sigh like man, we have to now count at this job also. There is no pleasantness at Taco Bell they can’t get a decent staff they were out of hard taco shells again!!! Like who does the ordering for this place!! Your Taco Bell how do You not have hard shells!?!?. Then on top of all that nonsense the least you could get is your food correct I’m missing meat on one taco it’s just cheese and lettuce the other taco is just meat. I mean if you have to up your hourly wage a dollar or two more per person to get talent that can actually figure out how a taco is put Together then do so. I won’t be back. I go there all the time But these last few times are my last. Does anyone know how to smile in that building and realize how to Treat a customer like they would want to be treated take a look at chick fil a’s customer Service and get people like they do. Remember a big part of fast food isn’t the food it’s the customer paying for the food. Anyone can get good food but if you can get great customer service they will remember they will be...
Read moreI placed an order via the mobile app and proceeded to the drive thru as I have dozens of times. I then checked with the speaker saying I was picking up a mobile order under the name Joshua. She confirmed everything on the screen looked correct and I waited my time in line. Once I reached the second window a man who was arguing with the food preparers because he had just let the customer in front of me leave without giving them all of their food asked me what I was getting. I said I had the mobile order for Joshua. He immediately said delivery orders have to come inside without hesitation. I explained that it was not a delivery order that it was through the mobile app. He just kept repeating that it was a grub hub order and I had to come inside the boss says he cant give delivery orders through the window. I then opened the taco bell app on my phone and explained that once again, it was not a delivery order, and he just kept interrupting me and stating that i had to go inside because the boss said so. So i asked to speak with the boss then and he called over to someone and as they approached he said to him "he has to come inside right, for delivery" which only continued the problem since the manger/boss then just said yes even though i was also attempting to show him the app which states a drive thru order via the app, not a doordash order, or a grub hub order, just a simple mobile order via...
Read moreAs of lately food, service, and general energy and environment has went downhill. Orders are not correct during the day. And there is a harshness towards the customers who make any change at the window particularly this treatment is making fun of the customer and being condescending to make the customer feel uncomfortable throughout the drive through process. I’m speaking particularly to two employees a woman in her 50s or 60s who has glasses and usually working at this time at the DT window. She usually has her hair in a bun and has a hat on and is white passing. She constantly gives attitude and bring up our last interaction where she was upset at me deciding to ask for no ice. Being rude and nasty to a paying customer never ends well because that is how you lose your customers. I’d think twice about coming to this location as a frequent customer of color and would suggest others do the same if they are wanting to be treated with respect. I was asked in a smart ass way if I paid or not by this lady and she said she didn’t and couldn’t see if I did while laughing with a younger DT employee who also wears glasses and seems to be a person of color working around this time. As a paying customer I will take my...
