My girlfriend and i ordered from this wawa on sept. 16 2025. we used uber eats and the total of the order was $28.28. Well after waiting outside for over 45 mins (when the driver told us she was around the corner) because the uber eats driver was clueless and dropped the order off somewhere other than our house. We talked to the wawa and they told us we would have to speak to corporate and were nothing short of rude! When we spoke to Wawa corporate they barely could speak english. I spoke to 2 different reps, who both stated that they saw that someone made a decsion to not refund our $$$, and the decsion was final. I was super taken back by the poor service and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. The woman then asked me to hold and when she came back she said I'm sorry, all of the supervisors are on the other line, I'm sorry for your problems, have a good day. I said YO wait a sec, you were just going to hang up on me because all the supervisors were busy? She started saying the decsion is final no refund. I said so then you want me to go online and post about how your not giving any rational reasons as to why your keeping our money? With that the conversdation was over. I also, forgot to mention that we drove back to this same wawa because we were hungry and paid another $21 for the same order that was never delivered to us. In closing WAWA, you just lost 2 people's business over $28.28, that was really stupid! I can tell you from start to finsih your service and your ignorance will lead to more people never coming back! BEWARE OF THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN, HE MAKES ALL DECSIONS WITH YOUR MONEY IN WAWAS FAVOR AND HIS DECSION IS FINAL! WHAT A JOKE WAWA, YOU SHOULD...
Read moreI know were in a Pandemic, and the staff is probably under a lot of pressure. However, you still have to keep yourself accountable to a certain level of professionalism. Talking to an adult customer like a child is not professional under any circumstances. And when confronted, it is also not appropriate to do it again. One of your employees did this to me yesterday. For a simple misunderstanding. I came in for a door dash order, I couldn't hear the kid at the counter telling me there was more to be put in the bag- im 60 % deaf in my left ear and now that we all have to wear masks its hard to read lips. I thought I was being helpful putting everything in the bag myself because he was busy and I get it, understaffing during a pandemic working endless hours. I know I worked in a hospital from the beginning of Covid until 2 months ago. So, I was just trying to help. But, then someone who I am assuming is the manager came up yelling at me like I was a child.. So when asking her to not talk to me like a child, I am an adult- she did it again. Extremely unprofessional. She could have said what she said in a completely different way with a completely different tone. I get it she has a job to do, just like I have a job to do. However, if shes going to act the way she did, she should not be working with the general public. I will be calling Corporate and I will be calling door dash to report the...
Read moreStopped in for a couple of hoagies, and accidentally pressed a button, asked the maker Brent if he could put it on the side ( truly didn't want it, but seeing as I had already paid, chose to try it) he called to the young lady who was just starting to put it on to stop and place it on the side. She appeared a bit aggrevated and slyly rolled her eyes but complied. As Brent wrapped the sandwiches and fixed the sides of pickles and peppers, he tossed them a bit rudely to the counter at me instead of placing them. ( Brent I was offended ) I smiled and told them to have a nice day. Sometimes we don't know if someone is just not having a good day, I didn't take it to the effect that I am a man of melanin and make it a black and white thing as I have not received warm looks or welcomes. I pray that the hearts of all be touched and that all invoke the golden rule, doing unto others as they would it be done to them. Yet the store was clean, with an assortment of goods and the...
