I ordered a large stuffed crust half pepperoni and half grilled chicken pizza, six piece mild buffalo wings, and an order of french fries. The total came up to $27. I placed the order on the Pizza Hut Website at exactly 6:02 p.m. My scheduled delivery time as per the email they sent me said 7:02 p.m., which is already ridiculous that it would take a whole hour to deliver food when I only live about 10 minutes away from the store if driving. I waited until 7:20 p.m., and when my food had not yet arrived, I decided to call the store. I was on hold for a whole 10 minutes, and nobody ever answered my call. They must have known that I was calling to cancel the order because I no longer wanted the food after such a long wait. At exactly 7:32 p.m. the food was finally delivered. The pizza and wings were extremely cold, and the fries were not only cold, but there were only about 10 pieces of fries. My husband even asked if the delivery driver had gotten hungry and eaten some of the fries. For an order of fries that costs $3.00, there should have been WAY more fries. For $27, this is not the quality of food or service that I expect. I will not be ordering from any Pizza Hut ever again. Read moreOrdered delivery and got a delivery time of about 30-45 minutes, no problem. An hour later, the tracker says my food is still being prepared. I called the store asking about the status of my order and I was hung up on. I drive to the store and it was filled with people inside the store and additional customers inside their cars in the parking lot. I walked in and finally got somebody's attention after about 5 minutes and asked if I can have my delivery order since I was there and the guy said "sure". I watch him look for my order amongst approximately 15 hot bags on their wire racks awaiting delivery and he got mine, handed it to me, and politely removed the delivery charge and tip from the order. My boxes were practically caving in from sitting inside the hot bags for what I'm assuming was about 30 minutes.
Everything was made correctly so no complaints there.
If the store was that busy, the employee who answered the phone could have just said they were behind and it will be out soon or I could come in to pick it up instead of just hanging up. I get it dude, it's Friday night and you guys were super busy. Sometimes a little communication...
Read moreIt's been a while since we ordered Pizza Hut, I think I remember why. The pizza's was barely room temperature, not all the selected toppings were not on my pizza, both had been severely over cooked when they were cooked, the topping that were on the pizza's with the extra cheese was just burnt and both pizza's were so hard to bite into. Granted the guy at the place was seriously busy and on his own out the front, he was saying other staff hadn't showed up for their shifts. When the order was place online it gave a 10-20 minute time frame to collect which it takes 20 minutes to get there from my home so, I left right away.
The guy at the front was friendly and professional, it was just quality control and possibly the people out back prepping the pizza's who I think completely messed up not just my order but the many people who were waiting outside (store only allowed 3 people at a time due to Covid-19. A gentleman who was waiting said said he'd been there for 40 minutes waiting for his order).
