I placed a mobile order for a Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger combo and I customized the burger. Besides the patty, it's supposed to have bacon jam, crispy onions, creamy cheddar dip, American cheese, and bacon. It comes on a cheddar bun but I cannot have bread so I left that off. I added raw onions, pickles, mayo, ketchup and extra lettuce to use as replacement for the bun.
When I went through the drive-thru, the cashier confirmed that I didn't want a different bun and actually no bun at all. Great! I was hopeful they would get it right since the mobile order spells out everything. Well, it failed. Failed BIG TIME!
Not only did I not get the things I added, they left off things that normally come with the burger! See the attached pics of what comes on the burger, pics of what I got, and a screenshot of my order. In the second picture, I took the crispy onions and pickles off so you can see that there are none of the items listed below.
The meat was fine. The bacon was fine. There wasn't much bacon jam. But they did put pickles on it. What was missing ruined the meal.
It did not have:
Ketchup Mayo Raw onion Cheddar dip (normal part of this burger) American cheese (also a normal part of this burger) The "extra" lettuce I asked for which would have made it easier to eat without the bun.
I don't know what's wrong with burger places. You ask them to leave off the bun and they lose their minds. I'm used to places forgetting the condiments when I order a burger without a bun. It doesn't make any sense to me but it happens. But to leave off the cheese and cheese dip that makes it a "Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger" makes no sense at all!
And, it wasn't one thing. Or two things. It was six things that were missing.
And, it's not like they could forget what I asked for. It's written out on the order. đ¤Śââď¸ đ¤Śââď¸ đ¤Śââď¸
The staff was friendly, though. No complaints there. Just, whoever was cooking wasn't...

I state my name She says âColt?â I say no, repeat my name and spell it She says Colt? Repeat it again
And she proceeds to ask âColt?â About 5 more times. So I assume that she just canât hear me. I lean out my car and yell my name & spell it again. Now some guy gets on the intercom and starts cursing and yelling at me for âyelling at my employeeâ and Iâm just like you have to be kidding me. My name is clearly not Colt, so by the time I have said my name isnât Colt, Iâm assuming she canât hear me.
