Wow... I am blown away by the terrible service I received last evening at the Barberitos On Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins. I love their burritos and have been eating there for years. Last night was 3/16/24 and I was there at 7:30 pm. Firstly, the guy that was actually making the burrito was fast and professional. I have no gripe with him. I happened to be there with a cousin of mine, showing him how good the burritos are. After I ordered my food, I stayed back with my cousin a bit to help him with his order because he said he wanted a burrito like mine. The fellow behind the counter with the reddish looking beard looked at me with a sour face and an ugly demeanor and, in a nasty way, asked if I wanted to go ahead and pay for my food. When I got to the register, the lady there was bagging up my food. I told her that the meal was dine in. She actually said, "well, it's too late now, I already put it in a bag." She had a frown on her face the whole time and appeared to be in a really bad mood. I picked up one of the small styrofoam cups by the register. She said, "what are you getting that for? We only use those for putting cheese in." I said I was going to put some salsa in it. She said, "you have to use one of the small plastic cups for that." She had a real unfriendly look on her face and a nasty tone to her voice. When I got to the salsa bar, all of the salsa was gone except for the hottest one, that is too hot for me to eat. I asked if they could put some more salsa out and the lady said, "we don't have anymore salsa. There won't be anymore until tomorrow when we get a truck in." No apology or anything. Just an ugly demeaning manner and loud voice. If I'd known there was no salsa, I wouldn't have needed the chips, and I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price for my meal. In fact, I wouldn't have come to the restaurant at all that day. So, when we went to sit down, the majority of the seating area was blocked off with chairs, and only the six small tables against the wall were open for seating. Of those six small tables, two of them had customers already sitting at them, and two of them were in need of cleaning. I will say to the owner of this restaurant, except for the guy that actually made my burrito, the other two employees you had working that day could care less if your restaurant goes out of business. They knew I was unhappy with the service and my meal and they didn't care one bit. I won't be paying for that kind of service again...
Read moreOn August 13th, 2022 I stopped by this location to get myself something to eat for Lunch. I had purchased an entree of Nachos, with spicy chicken, and guac. After taxes it came out to be 12.23$. I had taken it to go. They said their card machine wasn’t working so they had to take and swipe the card. To which I gave them my card, and skipped the tip because I was tipping with cash. I got no receipt because they said it was down, and assumed it meant the attached printer was down too. I then left, and all was fine. Shortly after I left the restaurant I got a notification that my card has been charged for 14.74. Confused I checked and there and behold it had charged me for the 14$. I went onto the website to see how much it would be with the guac, knowing it cost extra and maybe she had accidentally told me the price without tax or without adding the guac first, and it was 12.23. My orginal price. So I messed around with the tip amounts and saw that she had given herself 20% tip from my card. She didn’t let me hit confirm on the tip and I didn’t think much of it at the moment, but the fact she edited it and charged me more is unacceptable. I called customer service and am currently awaiting a response. I’ve had previous issues with this location, with employees being rude or not cleaning things and the premises being dirty and have kept my concerns to myself, but the theft of my money is unacceptable. I will make sure that everybody I know that goes to this location is aware of what they did, to avoid it happening to somebody else. I recommend...
Read moreWorst experience ever. I loved my WR Barberitos, even had them cater my wedding, but the service was unacceptable. No one working the line. A guy from the bar rang the bell for us and someone came out. They were out of ingredients. The guy working the cash register was leaning on the counter, had his head in hands the whole time, watched the screen as I was giving the tip, etc.
As soon as we completed our order all the workers went back into the kitchen. 2 other people got in line. After we got drinks we told them to ring the bell for service because that is what someone did for us. The guys rang the bell. A worker came out and, with an attitude said multiple times, "you don't have to ring the bell, I am here."
I can understand being under staffed and people running into the kitchen then back out, but there were 3 people who worked on our order, someone at the bar, someone cleaning the floor and others in the kitchen. Staffing didn't seem to be the problem.
Additionally, the salsa bar was empty, just like the spinach and cilantro.
I understand the shortages we are all experiencing, but laziness and rudeness are things we...
