Worst restaurant ever in the history of restaurants. 1) The waitress neatly layed down her apron on the floor in front of the toilet while using the toilet. When she got up and put it back on, she used it to dry her hands after washing her hands. THAT IS SO GROSS!!!! 2) From the time we arrived to the time we left was 3.25 hours. Wait. Wait. Wait. 3) I had to ask for water 3x and when my water FINALLY arrived, the rest of the table did not receive even an offer for a refill. 4) Our drinks from the bar did not arrive until long after the salad was eaten. 5) The urinal in the men's room had a puddle of urine all around it. A lot of urine. 6) It took 1.25 hours for a table and yet virtually half of the restaurant was empty. Which will be blamed on them being "busy" which is not the reason. I say this because of the steady stream of employees bringing out food to people waiting in their cars. This place is so busy with their takeout business that they forget there are people inside being neglected. It appears there are two businesses here (eat-in/take-out) and neither one is done well. 7) Table service was horrible. Repeatedly had to ask for things 3x. 8) My food (Tour of Italy) was piping hot and dry as could be. Terrible. The chicken was hard-crusted around the edges. 9) Trash lying on the lobby floor upon our arrival was neglected and still there when we left. 10) The trash receptacle in front was overflowing. 11) The manager was glued to the front counter and I did not see him interact with any customers at all. 12) Cleaning supplies left out in the customer's view. 13) We were never offered refills on any of the empty (all) glasses on the table. 14) We were never offered a refill on the salad. 15) The entire front area of the parking lot is taken for customers picking up food ordered online. The actual customer paying to dine in has to walk farther than the employees to get to the restaurant. And that includes the handicapped parking spaces. 17) A member of our group followed on her app this place uses for updates. We listened to her updates patiently waiting. When I asked the manager if the app was right and if we were next he said "Yes!" After waiting over an hour we were ready. We were hungry. (Did I mention we had two 7-year-olds celebrating their birthday?) So, We waited. Then after what seemed like forever, the manager escorts another suddenly appearing group of people to a table. He said it was because our waiter had to authorize us to come to the table before we could be seated. So, We. Waited. 16) The only decent thing was the breadsticks. We received a random basket we did not ask for as we still had some available on the table. The breadsticks are why this place might even rate the mandatory 1-star review as the breadsticks were good. But then I am a bread junkie. And did I mention I was hungry? "Fill up on the bread please..." I could go on and on... but I grow weary and have decided I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS POORLY run restaurant ever again. Please do not use the excuse because you were busy, or cannot find decent help. This restaurant is simply poorly run, and poorly managed. Since the cost of eating there is not reduced because of excuses why should we have to accept them?

Service and food were both disappointing. They need to work on communication between workers too. I took my sister here yesterday for her birthday and we were sat relatively fast. I'm pretty sure our waitress accidentally took a table not in her section because another waitress came right after her to take our order and seemed confused when we said it was already taken. First thing we ordered was our drinks (water) and a peach bellini. When our waitress Taylor came back around again we ordered calamari, ziti with salad, and chicken parm with soup. Our waters came out, we were told they were working on the peach bellini and it would be out soon. Soup came out, she said the salad and bread would be out soon. The salad came out, no bread. Everything took a while to come out, mind you. We had to ask about the bread before it was finally brought out, and also had to ask for the peach bellini. We asked about the calamari after since we knew it would take a bit longer and it came out soon after- but it was NOT cooked right. It was not crispy. No crunch. It was floppy like a piece of rubber. We were very hungry at this point so we ate it anyways- it didn't taste bad but the texture was off and I was very disappointed because usually I love the calamari. Half the croutons in my sisters salad were stale, I picked one out to try and it was like CARDBOARD. The main dish was decent, and the chicken and gnocchi soup I had wasn't bad. The waitress wasn't around all that much though, we didn't have a kiosk for some reason and they didn't have one to give to us. I felt bad for the two old ladies sitting near us, they had asked for some pumpkin cheesecake to go and had to ask 3 different people about the slice they never got before it was finally brought out. I'm really only giving 3 stars because I feel like 2 stars is too harsh considering the waitress was not rude and even though there were problems with the food it wasn't inedible and the main dishes at least were not disappointing. Note : It was NOT busy at this time. We were given a wait time of 15min but sat quickly- and we quickly realized the place was maybe half full. There weren't all that many tables filled, and not any large groups that I saw and I saw at least 3 waitresses just in the small section I was in so I don't think they were understaffed or being overworked at the time. Not really any excuses besides the waitress seeming like she might be kind of new. We ordered our food around 2:45 and didn't even receive our bread/soup/salad until maybe a little before 3:10... I would be more understanding if they were busy but they didn't even bring the bread out until after the soup and salad UPON REQUEST....

Stopped by on our way from Florida to have a late lunch with my sister who lives in Warner Robins. I had a party of six and was told it would be a thirty to thirty-five minute wait. Ok. Upon being seated in a corner booth, we had to pull the table out and arrange ourselves ( I know they could see we were not small people) but we made it work. Our server came right away and took our drink orders only to return about five minutes later to inform us that our drinks from the bar will be out in about fifteen minutes because of shift change. Ok. After taking our appetizer and entree orders, he brought out soups and salad. Breadsticks followed later because they were still baking...Food was good as well as our drinks when we got them. Restaurant was not full. I guess we just came during the time they were getting over lunch and getting ready for dinner. And my niece, who had on a long dress, kept wondering why it was wet. After we got up we could see there was a big puddle of a liquid substance on the floor where she sat. Good thing we were traveling and had extra clothes in the car!!

Story time... Visited this restaurant with my mother and my 2 kids. Placed our order. When the food came, another server was there helping our server deliver the food. He called out my order, sea food Alfredo, correctly. My son has never tried scallops before, so I offered him one. Searched my plate... Hmmm, no scallops. So, told our server. She straight up gaslighted me. Said no, she'd put the order in as shrimp Alfredo. I let her walk away, saying I'm ok, will live with what I have. Just don't charge me for the more expensive dish. Then Mom remembers: the guy who dropped the order off called it sea food Alfredo. 2 other people at the table got shrimp Alfredo, and he named them correctly. So, he did not mistakenly call out the wrong dish. Our server had straight up lied to me, after the kitchen for it wrong. ALSO, they could not seem to find clean silverware. Havi g worked dish pit in a similar restaurant, I know that means they need to run the silverware a 2nd time through, and that they need to clean their washer filter out first. Otherwise, silverware and (sometimes) glasses are you g to come out with food stuck on them. Other things wrong with the service: not once was a glass refilled. She also kind of just shoved my son's plate at him, instead of putting it on the table, and brought us boxes at the same time we received food. She had no time for us to eat. We were all very unhappy with the service. We will go someplace else, the next time we decide to eat out. Some place where the servers jave the sense and grace to tell the truth, where the kitchen knows how to wash dishes and make an order correctly, and our server actually refills drinks. Do you think I sound picky? Maybe. You can't tell it by looking at me, but I tip ridiculously much, as I worked food service at one span of my life. I know how hard it is. But it wasn't even that busy the day we had...
