The Party Store — Local services in Warner Robins

I went to this store for the first time to get some additional things for my Grandsons b day party Saturday that was taking place Sunday. . It was a a Sonic theme as he always wants. There was a gentleman who greeted me right away, (I wish I could remember his name but I was so frazzled and busy) but he helped me the entire time I was there. Helped me pick out absolutely everything. We both are are raising children at an older age when we didn't expect it and he was so kind as we shared our stories. He even walked my balloons to the car because it was windy and gave me words of encouragement about being able to raise my grandson at my age. He went above and beyond and also may I add cute as he can be. Will definitely be back next time I need party favors all becsuse of him . Thank you...

Their selection of birthday decorations is good. After picking out about 10 different items I was next in line to checkout. The lady in front of me decided she wanted to look for some more items. Instead of cashier ringing me up, the two girls at the register decided to have me wait. That was fine, but I asked if they could go ahead and add helium to a balloon while waiting so I could leave as soon as I paid. They said no, I have to wait until I paid since they have lost a lot of money from customers asking them to inflate balloons, but changed their mind. Really?? When you treat customers that way, don’t expect them to return. If I had the time to go elsewhere, I would have left everything on...

I wish I could have given them no stars! I understand about sales being final but my costume was missing jewels from whomever returned before so I couldn't wear my costume for the event which was at a Church. If I had damaged it I would have absolutely been okay with a store credit but it came that way. Please check all costumes, props or anything else that could possibly be damaged at the time of the sale. I received a store credit but I will never shop there again.
