1 pm Sunday afternoon, restaurant only about 40-50% full, 5 making sandwiches, 2 at the registers, 2 guests in front of us to order. Finished ordering and had a receipt at 1:03. 10 minutes later since we hadn't seen any sandwiches be picked up or delivered to the tables we began counting. At 1:33 they came to the table to ask what dressing I wanted even though they had asked at the register when I ordered. By this time 11 people had been given their food. Not 11 orders with multiple sandwiches but a total of 11 people. My friend got up and left. And even though the young lady said everything was ready it was another 5 minutes before she returned with my food. So in 35 minutes they had fixed a total of 13 individual meals with 7 crew members working. The crew members were seen standing behind the counter arguing who was going to do what. If there was a manager on duty, they didn't step up to take a leadership role and fix the sinking ship that was occurring. When I did get the order neither my order or my friend's order was correct. Wasn't even given utensils to eat my salad with. I have never seen this much disorganization in all my travels. Understand that I probably eat 80% or more of my meals out. So to say this was one the worst service experience I have encountered is saying alot. So after waiting for 35 and taking about 25 minutes to eat and type, no one ever came out to wipe down the tables or the beverage area in that time frame. Before I left all the crew except for 2 had disappeared. One young man who was standing at the sandwich station could be seen and heard telling everyone to get back up front because they had jobs to do. None of the crew ever came back up front while I was still there. You embarrassed yourself and your chain of restaurants. Read moreI love eating Firehouse Subs, but my visit today was less than unsatisfactory! Went to give our order, and the cashier just started talking to the other one. Once we did place our order, it was fixed in a timely manner and was handed to us. Once we got home, we found out our orders were totally messed up. My friend just wanted meat, honey mustard, and cheese. She got everything and lots of that! I ordered the Italian, everything no onion. I barely got anything on it, some tomatoes and very, very little lettuce. The store was not busy at all so there shouldn't have been any mistakes made. It's getting to the point that no matter where you go, you can't get good service. Very disappointed!!
Well I gave Firehouse Subs another try. And again, they managed to mess up. Cashier greeted us with a mouthful of food. He took our order and we made sure that everything we wanted was clear. He even asked us if we were sure we didn't want anything else on the sub. We got our subs and went to the truck. We checked on what we got. One sub was correct, the other sub was WAY off! The sub that was off, was only suppose to have the meat, cheese and little honey mustard. What we got was a sub with EVERYTHING! We went back in and they corrected the order. As last time, the store was not busy. How do you mess up a sub that only needs 4 items, bread, meat, cheese and honey mustard? For now, we are done going to Firehouse Subs.

Read moreUsually this store is great. But not tonight! We were the only ones in the store. However one worker was doing a large take out order, but that left three others in the store doing nothing. We order 3 subs After about 15 mins. We got the first sub. About 10 mins later to the second sub. Came out,after about 10 more minutes. Still no third sub. One enployee was visiting from another store, sitting at a table, while the female employee working continued to sit at her table sharing social media posts in-between getting up to do small jobs. We asked for a refund on the last sub, since we were nearly done with the other two. We were told The sub meats were not preped by the day shift, so they needed to get the meatballs ready. The employees thought we left the store, which at that time they started talking with total disrespect towards us. We heard every word. I also feel one of the employees was chewing tobacco.
