Cook Out — Restaurant in Warner Robins

It seems to be hit or miss ..several times wenhave been missing items si make sure you check your box before you leave. Cajun grilled chicken sandwich is so good! Love the okra when its fresh sadly it hasn't been its soft n barely warm. They offer diff 99. Cent shakes n have continued to be charged reg price even when sign says otherwise discovered the cheese bites aka lil mozzarella stick bites.mthey are good. On menu says its 99 cent for it n didnt pay extra for it as a side on the tray but cane time to pay we were jus informed now they are $1.99..so make sure u check your receipts also ..things are itemized with price break down on receipts n several times we have had to question they seem to sneak a dollar or 2 extra so watch put! My fiance likes the grilled bbq sandwich..cole slaw is okay not the worst.my kids frequently get chicken fingers which have been dried out with the "new" cajun fries..hush puppies .or the okra. Again frequently get. Old food or warm. Place has potential for good food but the ppl who think its okay to serve old..cold or repeatedly heated up food make it aggravating experience. Milkshakes that my family get are caranel..banana with peanut butter which is really good. Or strawberry n peanut butter tastes like a smoothie flavor from planet smoothie..like peanut butter n jelly. Is very thick all of them...

I just left cookout, I got there around about 10:35 there was no one in line. so I ordered two chicken quesadillas a side of okra and cheesy bites and a bottle of water. The okra are hot but they have no taste no salt no nothing, which make them taste very horrible and the cheesy bites was but again flavorless. The chicken quesadilla nothing special about them they smelled burnt didn't taste good and it probably reflect on how the person that served it to me, on my receipt her name is Jada, Miss Jada whoever made your day bad , I hope and pray everything get better for you, because that's facial expression you were giving me , as if you did not want to be at work. I couldn't hardly hear her on the intercom and I tried to tell her at the window that there intercom is messing up she wasn't trying to hear that I'm trying to let her know so she won't have that problem with nobody else. This particular cookout i visit a couple of times. Whomever manger or owner look at the reviews and try to improve on your customer service and many more things. I had to be honest because of as of today I will not be back at cookout until some changes happen my $8 some change I spent was a waste I should have kept it...

That was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The young light skinned lady at the drive thru window was so rude as I was trying to place an order for four children and got an attitude complaining that she couldn’t hear what anyone was saying meanwhile the background inside sounded like there was a game at the stadium. I understand it is Christmas Eve, but if you can’t handle customer service then maybe you should be in the kitchen so you don’t have to deal with people. She went over our entire order and things were still missing. She just sat at the window looking at us and when she opened it we told her we were missing drinks. She handed them to us and got really smart saying sarcastically you have a great night and thanks for coming to cookout. We pulled off and we were still missing food so we had to get back in the long line, but when we got to the window there was a different person. I will never go back to this location again. I will starve before I return. Parents need to teach they’re children how to talk to others because no one was rude to the young...
