Lazy staff and poor management makes for a filthy restaurant!
I went into this Taco Bell and saw only one other customer in there eating and as you can clearly see the dining room area is filthy. The cooking area is filthy. The condiment section is empty of paper towels on one side and the other side they're so far down you can't reach the paper towels. It looks like they wait until the very end of the night before they clean up and I bet you anything if you looked under the counters and the cooking areas it would be even more disturbing! Last night last night on November 2nd 2018 I stopped at this Taco Bell and to my horror I discovered this place to be completely disgusting as well as disappointing to see that a multi-billion- to see that a multi-billion-dollar company like PepsiCo doesn't enforce their employees such as Taco Bell and or franchise owners and or employees to hold higher standards than this. I am appalled and completely embarrassed that this restaurant remains open here in our beautiful city of Warner Robins. I can't say that there is a good Taco Bell here in our town but I can say that this is by far the very worst! I've called and complained about other incidents and was assured by the customer service at the corporate office that I would receive a phone call back from the district manager of that store for past incidence and it's been well over 3 months and no one ever contacted me. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this establishment and I'm not sure why they have such a high rating through the health department. The health department will be contacted about this and I'm going to show them these photos to Warrant a surprise visit to the store. Keep ignoring us Taco Bell and will keep spreading the word. Taco Bell...
Read moreSo last Friday (March 19th) my dad picked up dinner for the family and my brother and I both ordered cheese quesadillas with cheese only... well they put beef on our quesadillas as well as the Jalepeno sauce, we didn’t go back because we didn’t want to and just left it alone and ate something at home, well today (March 22nd) my dad went and got dinner again and my brother and I ordered cheese quesadillas again with cheese only, well they put chicken on them this time, so I called this time and spoke with Tina, she was very nice and told me that I didn’t even have to ask if I could come back and get them re made, she said it’s an automatic yes if they messed it up, thank you Tina! So I was fine with coming back and they handled it well and even gave me free cinnamon twists , I was happy and was satisfied with how they handled the situation, it’s hard to find good customer service around here sometimes, and I won’t lie I normally don’t get the best service here either but Tina truly stood out even though I only spoke to her over the phone. She’s the reason I am giving 3 starts (also because I got free cinnamon twists)! Well I get home and turns out that both quesadillas have Jalapeño sauce and tomatoes! I’ve never received a quesadilla with tomatoes🤨. Anyways that’s what lead me to write this review. Not only did you mess up the quesadillas once, but twice... oh and a third time:( Tina did explain to me that they had a lot of new people training and I understand mistakes because we are human but 3...
Read moreTwice I have been to this location, and twice I was met with rude service and incorrect orders. An incorrect order is not really a big deal, but... I went through the drive-through with my 2 daughters. They both ordered cinnamon twists. We pulled out of the drive-through and I went to hand them their twists, but instead we had two small bags of chips. We drove around the circle and went back to the window. A different lady than the one that had given me my food came to the window. I explain to her what happened she barely said anything, but told a guy in the back that we needed 2 orders of twists. The guy said he put it in there, and to look in the bag again. I pulled everything out of the bag 1 by 1. There were only a few items in the bag to begin with. She finally told him just to give her the twists, at this point he started calling me a liar and using foul language. He never came to the window, or even looked around the corner to see the person that he was talking so badly about. My 2 daughters, 8 and 9 years old, both listened as he called me names and insisted I was lying. The woman who gave us our food the 1st time through the drive-through came up and asked what was going on, he then told her "she lyin'" and we could hear them continuing to use foul language and accuse me of lying as we drove off. I messaged corporate, and got no response. This...
