7/30/2025: 🔹️Placed our order online seamlessly
🔹️Pulled up to the drive-thru menu, informed them we placed an online order and was here to pickup
🔹️Was told we had to come inside to pickup our order, which was horrible as we were behind 3 cars with no way to get out of line 🤬
🔹️After 10mins of waiting on all the other cars, I pulled around to park; Went inside alone as my daughters Titanium Knee was swollen too much for her to walk on; As I entered the store of course there were other people waiting on their food thus adding MORE time to us receiving our food and me getting my daughter home to ice her knee!!
🔹️I saw a bag sitting on a ledge, after about 2mins a cook asked "Does anyone have an online order" I said ME, he acknowledged me but the bag still just set there!!
🔹️Another 6-7mins went by whilst I watched drive-thru workers and a cashier preparing other peoples blizzards/ice cream orders walking back and forth past MY bag; I am seriously LIVID at this point 🤬
🔹️Even though I ordered online, AHEAD of everyone in front of me, I was the LAST to get the bag that I WATCHED sit on the ledge the ENTIRE time I waited!!!
🔹️19- 20mins later, counting the drive-thru time as well, my name is called just as I was about to leave and contact corporate with my VALID complaint and demanding a refund 🤬
🔹️NOTE: ALL OF OUR FOOD WAS COLD! And the packaging was HORRIBLE (see my pic)
👉🏽 I fail to see a single LOGICAL justification for why my food could not have simply been handed to me through the drive-thru. The refusal was entirely unnecessary and caused significant inconvenience!! 🤬
👉🏽I’ve changed all of my previous 5-star ratings to 1-stars. This recent experience was unacceptable and has completely ended our frequent visits—something we’ve done regularly until now. The current online ordering policy is not only inconvenient, it’s inconsiderate. It fails to account for customers with disabilities who cannot enter the store but can access the drive-thru. Until this policy is changed, we won’t be returning!
05/3/2024 Stopped here on our way home after driving 7hrs & 40mins from Cape Coral FL and was REALLY hoping the food was good as we were SO TIRED 😴

🔹️The young lady taking our order at the drive-thru was AMAZING, we could hear clearly (which is a struggle at most drive-thru's) her voice was very soothing and she was 100% perfect at her job and we thanked her for that, she was VERY pleasant ♥️ It was around 5-6pm so be SURE to reward her accordingly!! 🔹️At the window we were asked to pull-up in a spot, which we did, yet was really hoping not to have to wait too long, as after our long drive we desperately wanted to get home; SOOOO happy we did not; It was only about 5mins BRAVO 🥰 🔹️The same soft spoken young lady brought out our food, I told her we ALWAYS check our bags and could she wait a sec whilst we do so, as I did not want to get back in line if our order was wrong; She politely stated "Oh I don't mind at all, I completely understand) ABSOLUTE PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

🔹️We ordered 2 Burgers, Fries, a Shake and a Hot Fudge Sundae 🔹️The bread was toasted to perfection 🔹️The burgers were flavorful and actually looked like the pictures; Not smooshed at ALL 🔹️Our Fries were the best crispy, salty deliciousness EVER; We usually hate fries but we are now fans of these 🔹️My adult daughter LOVED her Shake, she said it was PERFECT, as was my Sundae; Well actually it was the BEST Sundae I have had in this city, because for once there was enough fudge to go with all of my Ice Cream; And to top that off, they gave me a cup of peanuts on the side, enough for my whole Sundae and that NEVER happens🥰

There was a small line like always, before we could get to the speaker the lady taking orders kept asking to take a order when we was not able to get to the speaker, I tried calling out telling her we was not at the speaker yet. So by time we got to the speaker she had a attitude. We ordered a M dipped cone and a M blizzard and asked for 2 pup cuts cause we took our 2 dogs for ice-cream. When we get to the window the other lady working the drive though took our money and hand us our change and the blizzard then hands me 2 small drink cup lids with ice-cream on them, which was already leaking. I told the lady I was in a car that the ice-cream was leaking all down my arm that I needed a cup, as I'm trying to hand them back to her so it don't get all over my car....😡🤬at this point I'm getting upset cause she won't take the ice-cream back and Proceeds to tell me she will give me a napkin.. so yes I just drop them out my window and get my cone. All the ice-cream is already melting. Then the lady that took our order says " we don't put them in cups no mo"... umm they are called pup CUPS. If you don't want to put them in cups then don't offer them. Where in the sam hell do they do this. I have worked for Dairy Queen before and I do know that it is their policy for their ice cream to not be melted and they are supposed to hold. It upside down to ensure you that it is nice and chilled even with the cones. This was the worst service i have gotten at this location. People that work in entry level fast food and even managers want higher wages but they dont give better service. I dont know if it has new owner or a new staff but this dose NOT follow the DQ way and Standards for customer service. 🤔 very disappointed and won't be returning and will not recommend this...
Read moreI’m visiting my friend for one night who I hadn’t seen in a few years. She’s going through chemo and tonight we were just happy to have time together. We decided to go for a ride tonight (after 9 pm) to get DQ ice cream for old time sake. We ordered a soft serve cone and a banana split blizzard with pecans minus the chocolate sauce. What should have been an enjoyable time was ruined by the RUDE attitude of the sassy guy at the drive thru window. He was very impatient , mumbling and walking away from the window before we could give our complete order. He stated very loudly and I’m sure for us to hear that the young woman co worker should take over because “They are taking too long!” referring to us. She tried to cover for him by apologizing for his behavior. However I want him to know that he never knows what a customer is going through. Sometimes a little kindness, patience and respect goes a long way. His rudeness put a damper on our little night out. And I can gather from the other reviews this subpar level of customer service is not unusual at your location. DQ it’s time to do...
