Luis Mexican Food & Grill 2 — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I placed a door dash order here. Was really looking forward to trying their food for the first time. TACOS and my strawberry con fresas and instead was delivered cake. I called to let them know it was a mistake on my order and she tells me her manager told her to give me cake since they were all out. Ma'am I paid almost $10 for the dessert, ($8 to be exact) and I tipped the driver about $14 just to be disappointed and you tell me "we ran out so my manager just said give you cakeand there's nothing else you can do". Figure out another way to avoid this in the future. You can't just give people what you want them to have. I'm sure there is a system to communicate with doordash on your end. Do your part! It's bad enough doordash upcharges, then yall run out and still expect people to pay for what they dont receive. The tacos...

Luis Mexican is a no frills restaurant. With that said, their food is delicious! We got their esquite corn appetizer and some taco plates. We were given a basket of chips while we waited… this is where the fun began.

They have a little bar with a variety of hot sauces and pickled vegetables. My wife and I love hot stuff and we rarely find something that is truly hot. Their extremely hot sauce is just that and delicious.

Our taco plates came out in 5-6 minutes. They were hot and fresh. Lots of meat and doubled up corn tortillas. We enjoyed them very much.

Grab your jackets, it’s freezing cold in there on a Sunday at 4pm. We came in to get some tasty tacos. The supreme tacos are $5 each (kind of pricey) and we were told that they don’t come with chips. It saddens me because it was so cold in there we had to order our food to-go instead of sitting inside as planned. If we would’ve eaten there we would’ve received chips but because it was so cold and we ordered Togo we had to leave paying $30 for two drinks and four tacos.
