Already ticked off with this place. Coupons came out weeks ago saying visit us at this location. It’s Still not open and the coupons expire in a few days. Smh.
Went by this morning (October 15) nope! Still not open.
Ordered through mobile app this morning. Went to the drive thru window where this nasty little girl named Leslie tells me that mobile orders are supposed to be picked up inside not in the drive thru. I told her that I use a mobile app for everything and have no problems picking up my order at the drive thru. She proceeds to tell me that it’s “common sense” that the drive thru is for driving thru I reported her to her owner where she lies and says she didn’t say that. I finally get my food and go to work late. I realize once I’m at work that I got a 16oz coffee. Is this their idea of a large which I ordered? Then I took the top off and it’s only a little more than half full. The bacon egg and cheese sandwiches that I ordered while sloppy tasted great. No napkins were put in the bag. Just an overall bad experience. Get the kinks out and teach ur employees customer service. (And for those of u who may think I don’t know customer service. I run a restaurant and I also am a supervisor at a grocery store. My employees would never be allowed to talk to someone like...
Read moreI went to Dunkin' Donuts this morning and walked in and purchased a medium Duncan Refresher I had also completed a survey code on a receipt from yesterday when I presented this receipt for a free donut that an email was sent to my email address and I had a free coupon for a donut I was told I couldn't use it which is completely ridiculous because Dunkin' Donuts prints on the bottom of each receipt if you do a survey and get a survey code then an email with a coupon is sent to your email address with a free donut. I had to stand there and argue with what I assume is a manager who had a headset on and finally I got my free donut but she had no clue how to enter in the survey code for a free donut I completely understand someone not having training and not understanding how to do it but there is a manager I'm sure or another person there you can ask instead she was very rude and didn't want to even try to give me the free donut. Finally atleast the lady that was originally taking my order figured it out and let me get my free donut while the other woman who tried to argue with me walked away talking and being very rude shaking her head and saying very rude comments Dunkin Donuts needs to train their employees better or at least make sure they're respectful...
Read moreMy husband and I went to this location despite being advised against it. We had a simple order and get the same thing from Dunkin every time. After I paid at the window, the woman working started to hand me a drink that was not mine. I politely told her that was not part of my order and that I got an iced coffee with oatmilk, not an iced tea. She rolled her eyes and turned around to get my drink. When she handed me my husbands drink it was also incorrect both in order and size. I apologized and said again, that wasn’t my order. She said “Well, we’re really busy so I can’t fix it for you.” And continued to hold out the drink to me. If the situation wouldn’t have made us late, I would have stayed until it was fixed or I was refunded. I tried calling the location the next day to speak to a manager but the error recording said it wasn’t an active number and I ended up needing to call another location to find out I couldn’t get through due to the phones being down for awhile. I love Dunkin and usually have great experiences in locations across the country but this one needs some serious lessons on...
