We ordered Vindaloo lamb for takeout. It was wonderful. The spice level was too hot for me, but Vindaloo is supposed to be very hot, and I ordered medium spice, so that is on me. It was delicious. We decided to return the next day and eat in. We were thinking about bringing the entire extended family for a milestone birthday celebration later this month. I ordered the chicken thali, and my husband ordered a shrimp dish, the name eludes me. I made sure to order mild spice level, but the dal was too hot to eat. One chicken dish was lovely, but the other tasted as though it had sugar added. My husband said he couldn't eat the sauce on his shrimp as it was too sweet. He also said the shrimp was way overcooked. I shared my chicken as the serving size was plentiful. I ordered raita and pappadums on the side. Two pappadums cost $5, the raita cost $5. I cook Indian at home occasionally, but it takes time, so I was looking forward to having someplace to go and just enjoy the food. The raita was so watered down it was hard to tell yogurt was involved at all. In none of my recipes does raita call for water. I would be ashamed to serve that, let alone charge $5 for a very small bowl. It is usually served free with your meal at other restaurants. I hate to tell you what poppadums cost if you buy them to cook at home, but $5 also seems excessive. I know restaurant prices have gone sky high since the C-vid, but our meal for two was $70. We did eat most of what we had, but if you are looking for authentic Indian and don't care for it tasting sweet, this is not the place to go. The server said they added cream to the dish, and that might have made it sweet, but I cook a dish called Mali Wali Murghi, chicken with cream, it is not at all sweet, and unless you are using coffee creamer I have never bought cream that adds a sweet taste. The service is nice, the...
Read moreI just moved permanently down here in Warner Robins area and we have been dying for a really great authentic Indian restaurant. We had our staple in Atlanta (Vatica) and we have missed it.
We stumbled on 7 Spices after going furniture shopping. My boyfriend asked what I wanted and I told him it didn’t matter, that I could find something on the menu. I wasn’t craving anything in particular. So he saw this place and pulled in and of course (because I’m a girl) I kind of was like, really, Indian food?🤣🤣🤣
Let me tell you, as soon as you walked in the door you could smell the spices. My jaws locked and my mouth started salivating 🤤. This place will not disappoint. It was around 8 when we walked in and there were still people coming in around 9. They didn’t turn them away and service was just excellent.
I ordered chicken korma and he ordered lamb korma and ordered garlic naan. We wanted to compare what we normally got at Vatica. We were so excited to see how the meal was so authentic and the garlic naan was freshly made and not store bought. The big chunks of meat in the dish left you full and happy.
This will definitely be a staple place for us and we can’t wait to go back and try many of your other dishes. Love that your menu has a lot of options, including vegetarian.
Oh, they also have a bar which we love because we belly up to a bar for dinner all the time.🤣
Thank you for the great service and...

There’s a very sweet older gentleman that’s always there who sets the vibe right away. He’s so welcoming and feels very grandfatherly so the restaurant feels more like having a meal at someone’s home. I love that he’s always there.
The food is amazing. I got the chicken vindaloo, Indian spicy, and it was delicious. It’s not just spicy for the sake of being spicy; it’s rich and flavorful.
My fiancé got the goat sukha, and likewise, it was fantastic. The vindaloo is always my favorite. It’s my comfort meal on bad days, but the sukha was so tender, so aromatic, it could easily take over as my new favorite. I could have stolen his whole plate.
We also got the garlic naan. It was slathered in butter and garlic. Again, utterly perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.
The paneer pakora are also awesome. I never liked cheese that much, but I like it when it’s made like this!
These folks fed me my very first Indian meal, and since then I’ve decided that Indian cuisine is by far the best food on this planet. And this restaurant does it so well; a gem in middle Georgia....
