Game-On Sports Cafe — Restaurant in Warner Robins

If I could give this post zero stars I would. This situation happen April 4 Friday I started a open tap thinking that they was going to swipe my card and give it back to me. Instead they keep your card when I left the bar I realize that I did not get my card back. I call and the lady told me that since I did not close my tab there was going to be extra 20% added to my bill that was originally $35.00 to $40.00. I cancel my card because I did not agree to that. I went back April 15 to pay my bill of $35.00 and to understand why they kept my card. The situation went left with the bartender because she felt like I was disrespectful when I ask for card back and call the police. Police came out and the cop agreed with me there was sign that stated that they keep your card and add 20% to your bill if you do not close your tab. Long story short my friend paid my bill that now was $50.00. Also I am ban from going back because I ask for my card back. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAR AND DO NOT OPEN A TAP MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!!!! To make things worse the manager did not do anything to take charge of the situation he stood there and allow a bartender argued to with a customer!!!!!!...

I called in a order today and immediately felt the rudeness of Celina. She appeared as if I was bothering her by calling to place an order. When I went in to pick up my order she just looks at me. Doesn’t say hi, may I help you or anything. I say, picking up a call in order. I get home and the order is wrong. I req crispy wings and they were half done and drowned in teriyaki sauce ( which I did not order). I called back and requested a manager. She advises that a manager was not in and she would have him to call me back. I advised her that the food was not what I ordered and was horrible. The cook should not have sent that food out to anyone. I asked for a to go sauce and again she acted as if I was bothering her. No, I’m sorry or anything. The worst experience ever. My first experience was most definitely was the worse, met friends here for her bday and received the worse service ever, the only bar tender treated us (colored) as if we wasn’t suppose to be there , her attitude was ridiculous, she even told some people she wasn’t going to serve them after they spoke on how she treated us, So another coworker came to assist and it was the same with her , she left a lot of us in line without serving us for a long period of time,(standing in line waiting to be served) She even called a lady (white) out the line , to go to the side where others (whites) was being served and served her in front of our face, No one was disrespectful, we just wanted to have a good evening with food and drinks after a long day of work and to help a friend celebrate her bday for a few hrs , we’re all in uniforms ,, Didn’t mean any harm, they really showed that they hated us , my...
