9/18/2020 UPDATE: Teabreak pho and boba reached out through this review section. I emailed them and they apologize for the lack of customer service I encountered so I will be receiving a refund back on my debit card. I appreciate the quickness of responding to my review left as well as my email. Very professional on their part. I’m satisfied with the solution. I wish I could give 0 stars!!! The service today earned NO STARS!! This place doesn’t believe in refunds or customer service. No customer service skills at all. I have been a faithful customer since they opened in Warner Robins. But today I made a decision that I won’t be spending my dollars there. I ordered fresh spring rolls, that’s not what I received. It was more like old Roman lettuce with a foul taste and that’s what I explained to the manager, well the manager held the phone line for the longest without instantly making it right by making a new order. What a waste!!! The manager offered a 10% discount on the next order of spring rolls? Now does this make sense? I have 2 spring rolls that I didn’t eat and he didn’t offer a refund or a fresh order. Please don’t support this place because these people love money not CUSTOMERS!! Saigon noodle house is better selection because they value ALL CUSTOMERS AND MAKE IT RIGHT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. If you notice they started out with 5 stars when they opened like all restaurants. After a while the truth of what these establishments value... Teabreak pho “WE THE PEOPLE” in Warner Robins are the reason you are able to pay your bills and remain open!!!! Side note: I was informed your staff had Covid ... if I knew that beforehand I would’ve never ordered from your business. Please people of Houston County think twice before eating at Teabreak.. At least confirm that they don’t have coronavirus anymore... Coronavirus...
Read moreVery disappointed in their lack of customer service!
We walk in and no one said anything. The clearly cheap taped sign says "please wait here" so we waited.
The guy behind the counter just looks at us and doesn't say ANYTHING! So we decide to sit down and just wait and still nothing. A lady who works there walks by with someone's food and says nothing.
A customer who was eating then comes up to us and says "you have to order up front and they give you a number, sorry one said that to you."
That would have been really nice to know because there are no directions or sign on how customers are supposed to order food. From previous Vietnamese restaurants they are always sit-down and a waitress/waiter will take your order.
We grab a menu and look over at what to order. I really want to give it a chance; I love pho!
We decide what to order and I go to the counter to place our order. The guy behind the counter is inside the fridge behind him looks at me and walks away. He goes to the counter turns back to look my direction (literally looks at my face) and walks away. I stand there for another 5 mins while the lady is wrapping silverware and just decide to leave.
No one acknowledged you or even spoke a simple hello! Really?
Very poor customer service. I wish they would have just simply said hello, we'll be right with you. The very fact Warner Robins has a limited supply of Pho restaurants means I would have been loyal repeat customer. But we will never be back and sad this was our...
Read moreI recently moved from San Jose, California to Warner Robins. I lived in the “little Saigon” area of San Jose, there were probably 8-10 pho restaurants within a mile of my house. When I moved here and saw there was a pho restaurant and I could continue my pho obsession I was SOOOOO happy! I order here more than any other restaurant in town, today was my second order this week! Food is always fresh and delicious, pho is very light and citrus-y. My one complaint, and the reason I took off a star, is that every so often parts of my order are missing. For example today I ordered two sides of extra noodles and didn’t receive either of them, and this has happened a few times. The front of the bag has a receipt that includes the extra sides so I know it wasn’t my error. I’ve worked in ultra busy restaurants that do delivery before, I understand how hectic and confusing it can be with multiple orders! I think if management maybe put an emphasis on double-checking orders this problem could easily be solved! I’d hate for someone to never eat here again because of order issues since the food is so good. With smaller orders it doesn’t seem to be a problem, but when you order multiple things, some items go missing. Aside from that, I recommend the veggie spring rolls and chicken...
