I ordered via the app when we were about 40 miles out. After placing an order, we immediately called the store to change the time. We spoke to Jason after being placed on hold for over five minutes.
When we arrived 10 minutes earlier than we requested.... the pizza was already prepared. Apparently, the pizza had been ready for about 15 minutes by the appearance of the pizza.
Jason did not change the time, as the pizza was obviously much 'older' when we received it.
I never complain about food in a restaurant, as I like to just create a review.
This place was very busy and staffing or operational flow....is not my problem... since the price does not get lowered for poor service.
The restaurant was neat and clean and everyone was nice.... but pizza was old and not what it should have been. And let us not forget....it all comes down...

I asked the girl with glasses on the rigister what specials they had and she told me all they had waa the 2 that was written down on a dry erase board. By the register. My wife asked if that was all they had and she said yes. My wife went to look online to see if maybe they had any specials that way. I again asked the girl if they had any online and she said no. While i was standing there i saw a delivery driver put a mouthful of dip in his mouth and not the first person had gloves on. Nobody asked if they could help us try and find any specials or nothing of that nature. Just not good customer service. Not happy with this visit and dont plan on...
Read moreAs a former General manager of Dominos Pizza and a Former Asst Manager for Papa Johns I am appalled that your driver would call me and tell me to meet him at the front desk at the hotel. He lost $3.00 on his tip just for that reason alone. In 7 years as a manager I never had my drivers or told my drivers, nor was it policy that my drivers called the customer when a room number was clearly printed on the delivery instructions. That was not customer service, that was a driver being lazy and it is not a safety issue when I paid by a credit card, posted room number and the building is occupied and we are not alone.
