16 Handles — Restaurant in Warren Township

Scale off or we just got taken. $40 for 4 tiny cups not even filled all the way. Staff checked out and weren't around to offer assistance. Had trouble loading the app and got a general--oh well, you have it or you don't attitude. Yogurt drippings all over, hand written signs taped to a couple machines. Good yogurt nice and convenient location, good variety of flavors and the place was clean. I am not usually inclined to post a negative review, however I was so taken back by how rude, unattentive and blah the girl was who was working there tonight. Barely uttered a syllable, glued to her phone, even when we asked a question or when we playfully tried to chat with her. Like most froyo places I've ever been, it can be hit-and-miss about flavors and quality. Of course, they change flavors routinely, but I'm referring to whether all the "handles" have a product to dispense, how much is left, and what the quality is. That said, I gave 4 stars because this place is pretty good compared to local competitors. But at last visit in January '18, it was more like 12.25 Handles, and missing many of the regular flavors.
