Was worst experience ever today so I order an adult drink the mudslide and my drink comes back to me tasteing like a regular chocolate shake so as soon as I could I let my waiter know I asked her if the bartender could add more Khalula and vodka to my drink since it had no tastes of any of it in it she left as if she was doing what I requested then the next thing I know a guy approaches me he ask what's going on his body motion directed toward my drink so I let him know how unsatisfactory my drink was so he replies to me in a rude manor how the bartender will not remake my drink and how he will not take the drink off my bill how some managers would do it but he is not going to not on his shift smh I never asked for him to take the drink off my bill he tells me how I have no choice but to keep the drink and pay for it! I let my know I will be calling corporate and letting them know about this whole negative experience he said go ahead and do it! So my waitress comes back and asked me if the guy took care of the issue I said no he was rude and disrespectful she said he didn't offer to make you something else I said no could I speak to someone else before I knew he was the manager she told me who he was and said he was the only one I could speak to so I asked for the owners info and she said she didn't know who the owner was. I felt disrespected not knowing what to do in this situation I stepped outside to get air and see what my options were on this situation when I walked back in my table was cleared off my waitress was cleaning the table I said hey I'm here what's going on? She told me she thought I dined and ditched her stating that happened to her before that was pretty offensive all itself as well and that's not the end to my terrible experience there when my 5 year old daughter saw a cherry on my drink she wanted some cherries the waitress offered her some which was nice but between 2 adults she was asked 6 times for a cup of cherries which was ridiculous waiting over 30min for a cup of cherries so I asked to speak to a manager about the cherries again the same jerk of a manager comes out I told him the situation then finally my daughter was able to get a cup of cherries. And when my food finally came out to me it was cold as if it was just sitting for a while this was truly the worst experience I had eating out ever I would never recommend this...
Read moreFor the past year the takeout staff has deteriorated at this location. Their phone skills are the worse, they act like your bothering them. Then when you come into the restaurant, there’s no greeting, usually not even any eye contact. The staff may not have anyone at the counter but is busy pushing buttons on register and taking calls off phone rather than helping a customer standing right in front of them. I’m pretty sure Detroit Wing Stop will appreciate any new business
As of yesterday, 2/19/2019 a few good things have happened. First), I received a response from the headquarters asking me to call them to discuss above review, which I did call back within a few days. But before calling them, secondly) mysteriously I received a handwritten envelope in the mail from the BBW’s I reviewed. Inside of this was simply a hand written $10.00 restaurant credit made out to “our guest” (I think, forgot). Third, yesterday I called in an order of small traditional “Asian Zing” and the “BOGO” ordered “Parmesan Garlic”. Went in giving them an extra 5 minutes I was greeted enthusiastically by one of the managers, he happened to be walking into the carry out service area. He asked to help me and went right onto the register collected my “credit” and the extra difference in cash and within a minute or so the nice pleasant young lady brought out my order. As I was still taking care of Bill I went right towards her as she began to show me my order and explaining where the extras were as well ample napkins and wet wipes. I have to say, THIS PARTICULAR VISIT WAS 5 STARS * ALL AROUND, FROM THE GREETING ON THE PHONE TO BEING HANDED MY CARRY OUT ORDER!!! I knew they had it in them. Now just keep it up. My family and I went in expecting a casual meal, and instead we were met with blatant disrespect and hostility from the staff and management. The male manager (I believe his name is Andrew) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. What makes this even worse is that he crossed every line imaginable by calling my family disrespectful racial names. That type of behavior is disgusting, inexcusable, and has no place in any business — especially a restaurant that claims to serve the community. It was one of the most degrading dining experiences we’ve ever had. Instead of making customers feel welcome, this location makes you feel unwelcome, unwanted, and disrespected. The fact that a manager — someone who is supposed to set an example — would openly engage in racist behavior shows how broken and toxic the culture at this restaurant is. No one should ever have to deal with that type of treatment when simply trying to enjoy a meal with their family. Buffalo Wild Wings corporate and Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. should be ashamed that this is how their restaurant is being run. Because of this, my family and I are seriously considering pursuing legal action — no business should be allowed to get away with this type of behavior. I urge everyone to take a stand against this kind of treatment. Boycott this location. Do not give them your money.
