Picked up the order and was not notified until I got home via text that the full price was applied to my credit card with out discounts. Called store, spent 25 minutes between hold and talking to a customer care rep in online orders only to be told that if I wanted those discounts I should have picked it up the day before. Asked to talk to manager, was placed on hold only to have the same person get on the phone and tell me that the manager said that thatās their policy. I asked the woman for her name and employee number as well as her manager that wasnāt even will ing to talk to me, and she refused. Told her I needed that info because I was calling corporate in which she responded āIām disconnecting this callā and hung up. I called back, asked for supervisor and was transferred to a woman who hung up on me when I told her I had just called. So I googled corporate, called them, they said the store handled it poorly and I was going to receive my discounts of $45. After 40 minutes between talking and hold, I was then notified that the rep I spoke with was not given authorization to give me my discounts even though the order was placed the day the sales were going on. I was only offered a $15 mperk to my account. I told her that I can get it all cheaper at full price somewhere else and that I will be returning the $160 order to the store and never shopping with meijer again. I have a special needs toddler and donāt have the flexibility to jump and go shopping or do pick ups the same day. This is bad business. I have made a complaint to the better business bureau, and was surprised to see that meijer is not even accredited by the BBB. Disappointed is an understatement. Poor customer service in this store. Will never shop at any meijer again, and will be posting this experience on every social media and review...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had absolutely the worst experience here tonight. I ordered 3 items online, a spice that I couldnāt find at any other store and 2 toys. I saw an option online for a free pickup on orders of $35 (an option for a free delivery was advertised but once you add an order to your cart itās no longer available). So, I placed an order yesterday and I got a notification that it was ready for pickup today but 2 of the items that I needed were out of stock. I checked the website and everything was in stock. The $15 coupon that they applied for making the first time purchase also disappeared. I decided to go to the store and check for the missing items and found them right away. I went to the customer service and when they tried to call the girl who was supposed to bring me the only item that was āavailableā, she hung up on them. I waited around 15 minutes and she finally came without my order and I showed her the two items that she marked as āout of stockā. She looked like she cared less. Then she told me that because I ordered only 1 item (even though I ordered 3 and she was too lazy to actually go and get them) I had to wait for her to bring it to me, because there were people waiting outside for their orders. Seriously??? I have to wait half an hour for my incomplete order and then wait even longer because Iām not outside???? So, I waited for 15 more minutes and left and as soon as I left the store I got a message saying my order got canceledā¦. That was quick. š¤ I wasted almost an hour of my time for nothing. This place doesnāt exist...
