The young lady that took my order was nasty with her attitude I spoke when I got in line, she didn't respond with the hello or anything she asked me how could she help me? I told her thank you and I proceeded to let her know what I was ordering every item she act like she had an attitude she was not even paying attention. I asked for two write two races she didn't hear me. She was not paying attention. I had to repeat myself a few times, and she was super rude. The place behind the counter was filthy. They hadn't wiped down anything or cleaned. The floor was nasty. Food was everywhere. I asked for some particular peppers and she said oh those are no good there. They've been there since this morning and I said yuck. Well, those shouldn't even still be there and she said oh that's just where we're sitting the tongues for the food so if those peppers are not edible and they are nasty, why are you putting the tongues that you're getting the other vegetables out of the containers if that those are not edible, why are you using the same tongues that you're sitting the tongues in , I'm just totally disgusted and when I asked her for the cilantro, she said she didn't have any in the store and a particular person that I am bringing this food for their eel, and they specifically asked for the cilantro and they said if they didn't have cilantro that they didn't want the meal, I ordered one for myself as well, and I was just going to purchase the one for myself but she was so nasty and rude. It reminded me that she was using the tongues from the nasty vegetables that she herself told me were not edible because they've been there all day. This store needs to be closed down if it cannot get a new manager that will hold them accountable and to a standard do not eat here . She was complaining about somebody didn't come in and she was irritated because someone called off today. Poor Management poor service and nasty individual. This is the warren Qdoba this is the third Qdoba I've been to that was filthy at least the one in Fairlane has an Allen Park. They have a great attitude but they didn't have old food sitting around. Ā Ā Ā Read morePretty upset about the tacos if that's what you can call them. For the price I paid for 3 "tacos" the portions were absolutely tiny. You can see in the pictures. I had rice/grilled chicken/three cheese/crumble cheese/ranch. The rice was portioned by hand instead of utensil and I already knew i was in for it when I saw how much was put in there. You can't even see the rice because there is basically none. Chicken was portioned with utensil but I was basically given half of spoon per taco and the chicken that was given didn't even fill the diameter of the spoon. The rest of the ingredients were basically non existent as well. Not sure if it's necessarily right to blame the lady, maybe those are the actual portions but I've never gotten so little in a taco before from any qdoba ever including this one I'm complaining about. Taco bell gives better portions. I feel like I was ripped off. I paid 26 dollars for 3 tacos, 1 bag of chips(barely had any in it), 2 queso portions(weren't filled to the top as well) and a regular drink. The drink is the only thing I felt received the right portion and that's because I filled it myself obviously. On top of feeling like I was fleeced, the floor was disgusting and sticky pretty much everywhere around the counter and drink area and I had to wait 5 minutes to get a straw because clearly no one is checking the station. The station by the way isn't that clean either. Really bummed out about the whole experience. I'll never step foot into that qdoba again and to be honest I'll just give Chipotle another shot at this point. I thought they were too expensive and their food didn't taste as good as qdoba the 1 time I tried it but it's been a while and to frank, this was such a bad experience with qdoba that I don't even really want to give them my business anymore. Tee regardless of how busy or how late. Tee always greet you with a smile and something positive. That tells you something about his leadership quality and how he runs his store. That is so important because it trickles down to the rest of the staff. You're not just paying for food when it comes down to his store you're also paying for a great experience. Thank you so much Tee For always being so positive.
CLEANLINESS I typically come here after I'm done working out or when I fasted for 24 hours. And it feels so good to sit down at any table because Tee and his staff keeps the restaurant immaculate/clean.
QUALITY Understand that all Qdoba has the same menu however it's about the quality of the food as well because it's up to the managerial staff to keep fresh meat fresh ingredients in the front. There were many times where Tee made sure if there were no more ingredients in the front or there were the last left he would always come out with a fresh batch for you to make sure you're always getting the best not just a leftovers.
