The burgers and the insane amount of french fries that Five Guys gives you is always awesome. My only problem this time is they gave me a cheeseburger with no cheese. But besides that it was great, and of course they fix the problem by giving me an extra Patty and the cheese LOL. Can't ask for more than that. I just had to update my review on Five Guys because I just went there after not being since my original post and unfortunately they seem to be going down. It appears as though they're closed when you pull up. The open sign not even on. The burger that I got was pretty bland, even the pickles barely had any flavor. The burger was put together well but it's all about taste, and of course they gave the monster amount of french fries but it seemed like they were fried a couple days ago, most of them seemed overcooked but they were limp. Which was very perplexing for me. So they have dropped from the higher standards that I had them in for fast food burger joints. By the way, the restaurant was filthy. It appears that no one cleaned any of the tables, it was food all over the floor, and it was 3:00 in the afternoon. I understand it not being a lot of customers coming through at that moment but at least clean up. That's probably why there were no customers LOL. After we sat down to eat then they decided to sweep the floor. Nobody pulled out of rag to...
Read moreExcellent burgers and excellent fries! I only have a couple thing to nit-pick, and it truly is just nit-picking: the people working are kind of slow at their job, and sometimes they're inconsistent (the amount of jalapenos can vary, for example, especially if you order extra - so it seems like they need to work on standardization). The grill man should probably transfer the meat from grill to make station with something other than a spatula that drips everywhere. And with the way they are currently doing it they get in each other's way it seems. It's also hard to recognize if there is anyone there that is experienced and in charge. Also, the fries are sometimes over-salted when you order cajun seasoning. If the saltiness is coming from the seasoning, I'd recommend reducing the salt content of the cajun mix, or finding a cajun mix that has no salt and doing them separate. My main criticism, though, is the expensive PRICE of the burgers. Every time I go there I spend around 20$, twice as much as what I'd be spending at fast-food places, and I don't think it's great enough to be that high-priced compared to other places. Other than that, they taste fantastic and the workers are very friendly, too! Currently my main go-to...
Read moreIt had been awhile since I had stopped here for lunch or dinner. I was given a $20 gift card I needed to use. I tried to do my order on line but unfortunately the on line portal doesn't accept the gift card so I had to place my order at the counter.
There I was greeted by Mckenzie W. She was professional, friendly, very customer service, she took my order and read it back to me to confirm, which I appreciated.
My wait time was minimal and they even gave the order some extra fries was pleasantly surprised and appreciated.
I was in and out in about 12 minutes from the time I ordered so that was cool. Especially, if one is on a lunch break. They accept almost all credit cards, cash, gift cards. Lots of parking and handicap parking and entrance.
Order ahead of their menu on line. Like the website states in about "10" minutes.
Arrived home to a juicy, delicious burger cooked just how I ordered it. It hit the spot. The fries were good and crispy..just the right amount of salt.
I would recommend coming here if you haven't already tried Five Guys. You won't be sorry ...will come here again.
Also for the amount food one receives the...
