WORST SERVICE WE'VE EVER HAD. ZERO EXAGGERATION. We frequent the Dunkinâ Donuts at Mound and 13 Mile Road in Warren. I drove in to pick up an order which included a drink that my wife has been ordering for years. When I got home, she looked at the cup strangely and said, âI donât think that is what I orderedâ. Upon tasting it she said, âitâs not, and it doesnât taste very good.â So, we drove back together to get a replacement or a refund. When I pulled up, I spoke to the lady who originally served us and told her that I didnât believe that I received what I ordered. She reached out the window and took it back from me with the receipt. She called over the employee who made the drink. That employee abruptly and aggressively started arguing about the drink, shoved the drink back at me loudly saying âwe donât take these back into the storeâ, and then in a loud, condescending voice started lecturing us: âwe have this thing called COVID-19 going aroundâ! BTW, my wife and I were wearing masks and the employees were not. She and I both became frustrated and began to match the employees tone. She told us that she had a line of customers behind us and to leave or she was going to call the police and she shut the window. I motioned for the other lady to come back and asked her why we couldn't have a refund. She said, âIâm sorry, this is only my second day.â The other lady came back and said âno refundsâ and âsee the manager tomorrow!â I asked again why I shouldnât get a refund and she interrupted me and said that sheâs a line worker and canât give refunds (as if I was supposed to know that already) and, again, rudely ordered us to leave and didnât give us our receipt back. I'm a very reasonable, even-keeled customer and I donât ever remember being treated this way at any business. The store is conveniently located and we like their food, but we will never go back.    Read moreI order coffee from Dunkins everyday but I usually go to the hall rd and mound location where my coffee is perfect everytime. I stopped at this location because I was in the area and strapped for time. I order the same thing everytime. I spent $5 on a coffee and had to throw it right in the trash. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was DARK, very dark and tasted like literal mud. I brought it to the employees attention before I drove off and he didn't care at all. He "added more vanilla flavoring" but did not add more cream or sugar like I ASKED!! Terrible customer service. That coffee was OLD, probably from the day before. I sat in a drive through and paid for trash. Wasting my time, money and gas for nothing. I will NEVER go to this location again and I will warn everyone I know because I don't want them to spend their hard earned money on trash.
The right thing to do would be to have remade my coffee but the employee refused. I have a huge social media following of over 45. Thousand local followers and I will warn them all. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but will be the last. The guy also argued with me that the coffee was made rightđđ this place is a whole JOKE.

When I was telling him my order I asked if they have the Sabrina cup and he said yes, so I was ordering the Sabrina carpenter drink and asked for mixed berry but he was saying they didnât have any drink like that even tho it was on the menu I had to show him many videos and explain and he couldnât understand what I was trying to say finally I showed him on the Dunkin app and he made it , then I was asking if they still give the free cup and he said no but told me yes earlier and he said he didnât know anything about a free cup even tho I saw it in the back,then I pointed at the cup and he said he didnât know about a free cup and he said he had to ask someone if itâs free so then I waited and then finally I got the cup but then I asked for another because it said 1 per customer and my mom also ordered a drink and I was tryna get her one and she was waiting but he said no.
