Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

Order from here today and when I got there I tried to do the curbside pickup but it wasn't working. So I called and ask if someone could bring it out. Person that answered didn't understand what I was saying. Just that I paid for it already. I repeated myself and said I HAVE A NEWBORN IN THE CAR, I TRIED TO PUT MY NUMBER IN FOR CURBSIDE IT DIDN'T WORK. Can someone bring it out to me. The time it took him to check for my food and ask someone. He could've brought it out. I was right there in front of the window. Instead he comes back and says it's ready unfortunately there to busy to bring out. I explained again I have newborn in the car to take her put and come in and grab the pizza would be to difficult. Plus there was people in three. Small area for pick-up. Instead he still said no. So I ask for refund and was put on hold and the told 3-5 business days. Have no receipt of this so hopefully it was done. However now you have wasted pizza and stuffed bread. That could've been brought out to me. In less time than we spent on the phone. Busy or not I paid for my food I'm just as important as the rest of the customers. I only went because they had the curbside option. An if it's not available then take it off your site. I will not be back all I want is my refund and I will go to another Hungery Howies or another pizza place...

They took over an hour to deliver my pizza. I called when it was almost an hour when they said it would be 30 minutes and said the drover was walking in the door now to take ours. I said ai wanted a fresh pizza made because I didn't want one that's been sitting in the hotbox for the past hour. They said it would take a extra minutes. Driver came in 8 minutes to give us the old cold pizza. Called back and then they said they couldn't justify making a new one when we didn't answer the first time. Why wasn't this brought up on the previous call and why was I never called when the driver was here if that was the case. We have a dog that barks at the wind if its too loud. This company clearly makes up excuses to avoid any responsibility. Will never order...

This location, (or maybe ALL Hungry Howie's locations?) gets worse with every order. The quality is garbage. I ordered an Italian sub with lettuce and tomato on the side…threw it in the fridge to eat later and heated it up in the toaster oven a few hours later.

I threw out the “baggie” of lettuce (too many pieces were beyond brown and nasty) and the container of tomatoes (they looked and smelled like they have been sitting around for a week, minimum). I put the sub sauce on, ate half of the sub, took one bite out of the other half and the meat tasted off…I choked down that bite with regret and I’m throwing the rest in the garbage where it belongs.

This location used to be okay but I’ve given way too many chances to them…this order was...
