Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Warren

This Jimmy John’s has THE rudest manager. You wouldn’t think making subs is hard yeah? Well apparently for him it is. Ordered a turkey tom with salami for delivery, it came with ham and no salami. We called back and they apologized, sending a new sandwich. The new sandwich comes, turkey and ham, no salami! We call back, he says he’s going to “scream” at his employees. New sandwich comes, mind you the first order was ordered at 216pm, it’s now 3pm. New sandwich comes, we ask to open it before the driver leaves, she refuses to let us opening it saying it’s the same, and takes the other sandwiches. We open the sandwich when she left, surprisingly there is salami, NO LETTUCE. We call back, the manager states that he just made it and it had lettuce, we state how rude the driver was with how she talked and that she refused to let us check before she left. The manager says that he doesn’t know what to tell us he’s not making another one, he made us “4” sandwiches already. So not only can we not make sandwiches with the correct ingredients but now we can’t count. “take lettuce off one of the other ones”, we stated that she took them, he refused to make another one OR give us our money back. Jimmy johns, do your best to hire managers who don’t act like petty...

I was just in there and the guy with long hair and glasses was so rude to me and my daughter because she didn't know what she wanted he rudely pointed at the menu and said why don't you look at the menu I gave a good review to this place the other day but took it down cause that was the worst service I've ever had and instead of saying sorry when I said I'm just gonna leave he just said goodbye see ya so I will never go back there and whoever go there with there children make sure they know what they want or this guy will be really rude my daughter is 9 and for him to treat someone like that and in front of kids just have to say I'm so mad about this because I really like jj's And it's funny how most of the reviews they mostly only comment back on people say say nice things something needs to...

Not sure how a sandwich that is supposed to be made with roast beef and turkey gets made with ham and turkey instead. And their ham is insanely salty, so the whole thing was just a no-go and a total waste of money. Yeah, we got our money for the sandwich back, but not the delivery fee and tip, so we're totally out $7 and can't order a new sandwich, with delivery and fees and can't go pick one up because we're both sick. So thanks for not doing your jobs at all. We'll just skip the fact that I was only re-imbursed $5 when I bit into a screw in the middle of a JJ's sandwich. Thanks guys. Guaranteed will never order...
