I frequent this Wendy's all the time. Because you can get great hot food one everywhere. When I first started going to this location. Everything was fine. Everything was great, but the more I go It seemed like the more horrible the the service gets. I asked for a Dave's double no cheese, heavy everything plus bacon, extra bacon and then I asked for a 6 piece nugget and I got a drink the double burger that they gave me was ridiculous. I asked for heavy everything which I always order but the person who made my burger that day need to be fired. That burger was so sloppy. I don't know why people will serve something to someone else who's paying their money who's basically paying them. They gave me something that they wouldn't even eat themselves. That they wouldn't even take home to give to their children or their mother. I felt so disrespected and then when I went back through the drive through to let them know that the food was soppy and it was unacceptable. They're looking at me like I'm being a difficult customer. I didn't like it. I don't know if I'm going to continue to go to this location, but it's so hard this day and age to find a Wendy's where you can get good fresh hot food that's why I frequent this location. All the other Wendy's, that you go to when you ask for fresh hot food, you don't get it. Like I said, I go there a lot, and this is not the only thing that they have done. It was another time when I asked for everything to be cooked fresh and they tried to give me a Dave's double no cheese heavy all with bacon extra bacon. That's What's I asked for was supposed to be cooked fresh. So that meant it's supposed to be hot. The burger was not hot, so I went back and asked for a burger that was cooked fresh and hot. Once again, I'm looked at like I'm being a difficult person. All I want is what I pay for. What I order and what I'm paying for without the customers the employees would not have a paycheck. The restaurant would not stay open my suggestion to the manager and the franchise, is to take your employees who really want to work retrain them how to deal with customers? How not to look at them like they're crazy for demanding what they...
Read moreI've been through this Wendy's many times and never had an issue. Today (2-2-22 approx. 11:35am-11:45am) was different. Got to the drive through and let them know first that I was placing two separate orders. Got them placed fine and then got to the window. 8.68 for the first order the woman said. Handed her a $10 bill. The gentleman helping her handed me the food for the first order. She then asked for payment for the second order, so i gave her my card. The woman then handed me the coke from the first order and the frosty from the second. Then she gave me my card back. The gentleman was very nice and professional and apologized to me about the wait and even offered me a cookie or frosty, which I politely declined but thanked him for. So then after a minute or so he handed me the rest of my order. I was about to pull away but then realized I never got my change back from the first order. I waited until the woman noticed me and when she opened the window I told her I never got my change. She then shut it, I heard her loudly say something about the drawer, then she handed me a single dollar bill and shut the window, so she didn't give me the change. I waited for a few seconds and when she noticed I was still there she looked at me through the window and started yelling at me saying "GET THE F* OUT OF THE WAY!" "What are you staring at?!?!?" So then I just drove away. That was absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. I understand it's just some change but she apparently doesn't understand she's legally obligated to give me back my money and I have every right to request it. If this woman can't even calmly give me my money back (that she's required to anyway), she doesn't deserve to have a job in the service industry. I'm most likely not ever coming back to this Wendy's because of that woman, if I were in charge I would fire her for swearing and yelling at a customer for no good reason. I wasn't giving her a hard time either or give her any attitude, i just wanted my change back. Also, the second burger I ordered was...
Read moreSo my boyfriend and I go here and order 2 small frosties, a large coke, and a 6 piece chicken tender. On the screen it shows chicken nuggets, but we let them know at the window that we wanted tenders. She says they do not have tenders and we say well we would not like the nuggets because we wanted the tenders. This other girls hands us the 2 frosties and takes my debit card. I told her that we are not taking the tenders and she nods her head. She was taking an order while I was telling her this so I wasn't sure if she heard me....anyway, after giving us the 2 small frosties we sit there waiting for the large coke and they didn't even look at us. I sit there for a moment trying to make eye contact and I got nothing. Clearly they were done and I got frustrated and left. I check my bank account and see we got charged for the 6 piece chicken nuggets as well as the large coke. I'm peeved because it seemed like they got pissed because we said we wanted tenders and said we wouldn't want the nuggets. We were not rude and said we will take the frosties and the coke but they didn't give us the coke and just ignored us and charged me for everything. Mistakes happen but they straight up ignored us. Absolutely ridiculous service. At the end of the day, it is only a couple of dollars, but to ignore us and charged us for the wrong order and act annoyed because we wanted something taken off?...
