This visit was definitely smoother in terms of service, which I appreciated—especially considering my past experiences here haven’t always been the best. The staff was more attentive this time around, and my order was taken without any attitude or confusion, which was a nice change of pace.
I decided to try something new and went with the Cheesy Garlic Steak sandwich. On paper, it sounded like a dream—savory steak, rich garlic flavor, and that cheesy goodness to tie it all together. Unfortunately, the execution just didn’t match the expectation.
First off, the crunchy topping that was supposed to add texture to the sandwich was stale and lifeless. It didn’t have that satisfying crunch, and instead just made the whole thing feel kind of off. But the real issue was the nacho cheese. It was incredibly thick and completely overpowered everything else in the sandwich. I couldn’t taste any garlic, and the flavor of the steak got totally drowned out by the heaviness of the cheese. It ended up tasting more like a bad cheese dip sandwich than anything with garlic or steak as the stars.

Read moreI've intentionally waited several months to calm down after my experience here. I put in an order, the same order we've placed previously on the mobile app several times. I picked up the order, and when I got home (15 minute drive) my wife and daughter grabbed thier sandwiches. I unwrapped mine, and it wasn't the Italian BMT I'd ordered. I called the store, they said bring the dandwiches in and they'd fix it. Of course, the other two individuals had already started eating thier HOT sandwiches. So I told the store I'd bring mine in. When I got there, instead of fixing it, I got argued with by the "sandwich artist". Refused to fix the mistake or even apologize, just told me I was wrong. I left the wrong sandwich there, as it wasn't what I wanted.
I haven't been back to this store, and won't go to any stores owned by this same franchisee; I got a list.

The first young man you could tell was ready to leave, he had a slight attitude but it was nothing to horrible. However, once it was time to get the veggies on he said he wasn't going to do it and told his female coworker to do it. Now she said she was off the clock and not going to he. At that point he took off of his gloves and left the line. The female told us that he gave me specifically extra cheese and that she didn't want to charge us for it which is understandable, but everything was already extra and I'm fine with paying for extra, however I wish she would have offered to make the whole thing the actual portioning.
