Warrensburg Parks & Recreation — Attraction in Warrensburg

Terrible communication and customer service. We signed up our 3 year old to do tiny tots in March. Was told someone would get a hold of us when the season was going to start. Nothing was received so we called them and was told the season already started without our knowledge. One person said our information was not available. Must have been a lie because we called right back and she was able to pull our info up right then. We asked for a refund and they said they would honor it. Haven't seen anything but today a we get a call saying a game is inside today. Explain the WHOLE situation, talk to another lady saying they will not give us our refund after all even though we were told we would get one. We will go elsewhere, ...

Signed my kids up for 4 weeks of swimming lessons. One of my kids teachers seemed like she didn't care about teaching them and threw rubber ducks for them to fetch like dogs. The other instructors were nice until the last 2 days of class when they informed the parents that they have to sit along the wall, while the kids have their lessons. This may have not irritated me so badly if my youngest could swim. I've pulled my child up from being completely submerged while not a teacher or lifegaurd was present and now they are asking me to watch my child drown. I will not be enrolling them in swim lessons with the parks and rec Warrensburg again. Good...

This facility is clean, quiet & an excellent way to spend time with family & friends! This place has a little bit of everything for everyone! Downstairs has an indoor pool, rooms where you could book your parties or special occasions & a basketball court. Upstairs has many exercise equipment for you to use, rooms where u can do one on one pilates classes, & a track. Everything except the track has a small fee but it beats being outside in the hot & humid air, dealing with bugs or the cold...
