I would give a negative star at this moment. I've been with a different carrier for 16 years. Got engaged and we are starting to combine bills ... discussed it and decided I'd go on his plan for a trial and leave my kids on the other plan. Went in Saturday. The store manager herself took care of us. Said it'd be easier to pay his phone bill first then do the add on of my line. Cool. Paid cash for his bill. Picked out a new phone and case for me and changed my number over. Paid 60 for his first. Then for my 180 phone 30 case 25 action and 110 for phone bill. She then told me we had a 55 credit for next month (i assume bec we technically paid for his service twice - once when we walked in the door and again when she charged the 110). 48 hrs later I get a text saying our phones will be shut off if a payment in the amount t of 65 is not applied to our account by midnight. I decided to wait till today to go in and see her to ask if it's a billing error something entered wrong etc. We Waited 30 mins in the parking lot for them to open to be told she won't help me ... to call customer service as that's what it's for and if I didn't like it to bad because that's how it is. This is the store manager! I was shocked. How do I go from a credit to owing again (for the 3rd time) on the same service? Called customer support and they can't access the transaction s from an in-store payment we paid in cash.... makes me wonder how her dinner was last night. And they can't give me her supervisors info because they don't keep track of individual store management. I've done some research and if I'm not happy I have 7 days to cancel...
