Georgio's Oven Fresh Pizza Co — Restaurant in Warrensville Heights

I usually order from this location a few times a month for the past couple of years and have never had an issue until today. I ordered online and 20 minutes after my order was placed, someone called to tell me that they do not carry the dessert I ordered online - they had just not removed it from the menu yet. They canceled it from my order and refunded that part to my card. No big deal. Then I arrived at their pickup window and was told my order wasn't quite ready and it would take another 2 minutes. No problem. Twelve minutes later, no order, no update - but 2 cars have apparently pulled in behind me at the window. I am also now late for work. The owner then returns from making a delivery, I presume, and comes to the window to ask what I ordered. I tell him and without checking anything about my order, he tells me to pull my car up because there are cars behind me. Never went to see what was taking so long with my food, didn't apologize for how long I'd already been waiting. I refuse because I have now been waiting 15 minutes when they could have just told me up front that my food wasn't even in the oven when I got there! His son is literally standing behind him with my food and he won't allow him to give it to me and threatens to cancel my order because I was "RUDE." He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had been patiently waiting prior to his arrival, as it seemed like his son was working alone in the restaurant....

Horrible experience. Ordered ONE medium pizza, pizza was supposed to be delivered around 2:09. Called at 220, was told the driver would be here in the next 5-10 mins. No pizza. Called back 20 mins later, was told the driver was new and it would only be about 5 mins later. Still no pizza. Called back about 20 mins later, and still have not received a pizza. Very frustrated, and hopefully the pizza isn’t cold. First time trying them, very likely the last. Should have stuck with Teresa’s Pizza.UPDATE: they delivered the pizza, it was cold and hard, i wouldn’t feed it to a stray. So i still had to go in and get a fresh pizza myself. Meaning i paid a delivery fee for absolutely nothing. Very unhappy, will never go...

Awful disrespectful customer service. I went in the store and no one acknowledged my presence so I said hello! Waited a bit then said hello again. The ill mannered manager said you can leave I won’t be serving you. I asked why and he said because you are rude and have no patience. “When you came in the door rang so I knew you were here!”

Exactly my point you knew I was there so acknowledge the customer and say something. No this disrespectful leach just kept his back to me and said nothing. No welcome, No I’ll be right with you, No how can I help you.
