Came before my daughter’s softball game for a quick bite to eat, since our daughters were begging for Wendy’s and my daughter loves Wendy’s frosty’s. My husband went to counter to start the order and the cashier Maria as per the receipt as no one wears name tag, was obscenely rude and beyond obnoxious. When we asked if we can get a burger on the kids meal but make it with bacon and we’d pay the up charge she said no you can’t do that so my husband said fine than we’ll get meal, the cashier sighed and huffed and puffed and called the manager for a void, so he continued the transaction.
When her colleague was trying up the food I asked him for the receipt to ensure that everything was accurate and noticed his food wasn’t on there, and that the frostys were wrong. At this point I asked Maria, about his order and she then proceeded to get hostile with me for which I did respond back no longer in English and switched to Spanish and asked her to provide me with her manager, I won’t deal with her attitude, if she doesn’t like her job than maybe she should go home.
The manager didn’t care he would not look at me, even say hi, I had to ask him if he was the manager, he said ya, didn’t even provide me with his name. He didn’t even bother to say sorry said oh okay I’ll change frosty and I’ll have to charge you for missing meal which was a number 8, I told him if your employee mistreats customers you may not want them in front of house and or maybe reevaluate their position. He just nodded and another employee shook her head agreeing with me whom was standing no far away from him and Maria, was no where in sight.
At the same time another customer next to us complained as well and the manager spoke to me in Spanish instead of the customer regarding her complaint, which I though was rude because she did not speak Spanish, she was speaking English, he dismissed her, put the items in plastic bag and push her items towards her and went to make my daughters frosty. Talk about first class customer service.

Read moreI regret having to make ths review because I have told lots of people how fantastic Wendy's sausage gravy is. I have even made comments on other restaurants reviews on how good Wendy's sausage gravy is. But sad to say today I had a horr experience with I believe he was the manager. His attitude today was very rude and made ne not want to come back. First I placed an order at the speaker for drive thru and order 20 scoops of sausage gravy to go which I have done many times about once a month. Never had a problem till today. I make a special trip from Vinthill to get this gravy which I think is the best sausage gravy in the area which is what their sign says. Today the Manager told me they ran out of gravy. I said what do you mean, it only 9:45am. He told me that he might have 3 or 4 scoops left. So I proceed to the pickup window and I ask him if I could at least.get what he had left. He wouldn't even look at me and typed something in to the cash register and told me my total was $24? and something. I ask him why so much for just 3 or 4 scoops and he reply that that would take 10 to 15 minutes to make another batch. I questioned him, I thought you said you was out of gravy. He said I don't have enough people to make it, with very bad attitude, wouldn't even look at me. Told me to pull forward and they would bring it out to my truck, which what I have always had to do. Sat about 10 minutes, Manager bought the gravy out hand it to me never said nothing. I thank him, he turned his back to me and never said your welcome or anything. I have never in my life been treated rude at a place of business. I was truly upset with his attitude after I have advertised this Wendy's to so many people. I don't know what his problem was but he definitely doesn't need to let employees and customers with the attitude he had this morning. I hope gets some heat from this. I am sorry that I have to write this and hope I am not treated this way...
Read moreThis has the worst staff posable I tried to go in to order my food but apparently the dining room is not open at 8:30 am and they have no signs up to say that. I do have some disabilities for moving around but it is sad when you do not like going though the drive thru that you want to get out of a vehicle and go inside and see what you would like to order vs doing it in your car. Just because someone has disabilities does not mean that they want or need to stay in a vehicle to order food and feel rushed in the process. Decided to go through the drive thru and ask them and they said we'll the drive thru is open. Got to the window and got my food and I believe that the manager was the one working the window said I open and 9 for the dining room I don't need any signs to say that it's my hours. I believe that the manager needs a new job because he apparently doesn't like his job and want to take it out on the customer's who are just trying to have a good experience.
