Hello i want to share a heartfelt review on firehouse subs in warrenton va last night gebruary 14th my girlfriend and i went in to eat 5he food is always fresh may i add with henerous portions and a healthy great value the owner made brought our meal to our table asking us if you need anything let me know very kind gentleman well upon.leaving my phone fell out my van into the storm drain in the parking lot i asked my gf to go in and see if we could borrow a broom.or something to try to pull the phone back up where i could lay on the parking lot and reach down to get it the owner immediately came out popped off the cover got down 8nto the drain pit and retrieved my phone for me he said its ok its not hurt ypu are fine i was so happy i was in tears we tried to give jim a tip he repeatedly saying no no.uall just come back and visit my restaurant and see me all i want wgat generous caring folks the employees everyone there they care about the people serve up great fresh sandwiches my heart is so full of love and pride for this as you dont ser this kind of hospitality in the world anymore thank you sor for all that you and your staff do for us god bless you all we will be back to see you jimmy riley...

Wonderful restaurant, great service, professional team and terrific food. I always have a positive experience going there. I usually use the app and order online for pickup but have eaten inside a few times. My order is correct and ready ahead of the expected time defined on the app. The team is friendly, helpful and courteous. I am especially thankful to the team leader/manager on duty during the daytime hours. He is always helpful and very professional. Today, I asked him for advice on the sauce gift package. He took time to explain the differences and made suggestions. The place is super clean. You will get delicious food from this store; my favorite is the salads but have had the subs and they are just as good. Had the worst sub ever today at Firehouse Subs in Warrenton VA. I ordered a Salami & Cheese & Tomato & Mayo sub, barely any tomato on it, and NO Mayo, but they did put a ton of lettuce on it, which I never ordered the sub with lettuce on, the bread was allready dry, so extremely dry without the mayo. Then I asked them if they could please cut it a certain way for me, as I have health issues, and have to eat my food cut in smaller sizes, was told oh sure, yes we can, went over it 3 times, well it wasn’t cut at all.
