Wendy's — Restaurant in Warrenton

I was sitting at the window for several minutes. I don’t mind waiting for hot and fresh food, but I DO mind bad hygiene. Employees were not wearing masks at all and some had their mask pulled down under their chin. One woman was touching her face and then she touched a burger package. The lady at the front window was handling money, and then handling food. No one was wearing gloves, and I didn’t see any hand sanitizer use or hand washing occur after these people were touching their face or touching money. I asked for a refund on my card, and she gave me physical money instead (with attitude). I also asked for a number to speak to someone about the incident, and she told me it was on the front door.. I drove around the building twice and although I may have missed it, I did not observe any such number. So if you feel the world is overpopulated, and think that we should do things to encourage the deaths of elderly and compromised please feel free to give them your business.I can say that this is my first and last visit to fast food restaurants during the pandemic. The Gm was rude to a customer that tried to get food in drive thru just because they didn't have a car, mind u they had lobby doors locked an closed when they was supposed to be open. A girl came thru drive thru and was going to order food for the person and the employees refused to let her get food for the guy. This is cruelty, no compassion for anyone who may be hungry. This person did not ask to be given food, and even offered to buy the girls food if she would get it for him. The fact that you are this selfish and ignorant, I'll make sure every one knows who u are and how your no GENERAL MANAGER!!! I've worked fast food most my life and never thought to treat a PAYING customer this poorly over the fact they didn't have a car!!! It sickens me to my core to know ppl like this are running our businesses. I hope your boss sees this and you get fired for POOR MANAGEMENT! Wendy in Warrenton will never get my business as long they are keeping incompassionate ppl...

I go here every so often for lunch, living in town, and usually the drive-thru is pretty on top of it and my food is typically prepared correctly and is hot and fresh. Every once in a while something might not prepared in the way than I asked (receiving something with condiments when I asked for plain), but that would be the outliers.

No, what knocks it down a star is the shockingly terrible breakfast. It's relatively new for them but honestly they need to 86 it. I've had it twice and do not intend to have it again. The first time my breakfast baconator had an undercooked egg, and it nearly made me sick. Last time my chicken biscuit was overcooked and tasted old, which really concerns me as they'd only been open for an hour when I stopped by.

Great lunch, get a 4 for 4, don't go near...
