Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Warrington Township

I don't usually come here. This is probably my third time. I have to say they know their chicken. It's never dry, never undercooked, and always seasoned just right. If you think this is not a big deal order the grilled chicken anything from McDonald's. I am trying to eat better and I ordered the wrap with chicken soup because it was raining. When the order taker asked what kind of dressing I wanted I thought the options were on the menu. Turns out those are the dipping sauces for the nuggets, though he did clarify he could do that. I asked what the dressings were for the wrap and he didn't sigh and sound bored. He listed them very clearly. I went around 7pm on a Friday. Both lanes were open and even though it was busy it didn't take more than five minutes. Fyi, the wrap is actually wrapped in a cream colored paper so don't bite into it just yet. Also, if you find you didn't taste any avocado, lime, or hint of ranch it's because the dressing is in fact a dressing...that comes in a separate package and not inside the wrap itself. I thought the soup would have been bland or salty, but it was not. It didn't taste like canned soup either. It was creamy and kinda good. So there. A- only because I got a fork...

Ordered a chicken nugget kids meal..and they got it wrong!? Gave me GRILLED chicken instead of the regular chicken I specified (& on the receipt) with literally cold waffle fries..disappointed again..the last 2 times at this location I ordered chicken noodles soup and both times got a cup (1st time) of broth with noodles & a few veggies) the last time I called ahead to ask about possibly getting some chicken in the soup..was told to mention this when ordering, which I did, ordered a BOWL of soup..got all broth. Noodles and alot of celery..NOT 1 piece of shredded chicken to speak of..btw..the soup runs over 5 bucks for a cup, close to $7 for the bowl..so a little chicken would've been nice for my wife who had covid and needing some good chicken soup..don't mind paying a little more for soup..but a little chicken would've been nice especially 2nd or 3rd time around..AND having called ahead with the issue previously had..on a better note, I ordered 2 shakes that were fantastic as usual.

Ordering the same thing as my breakfast for months now. A cobb salad with grilled nuggets and an extra side of grilled nuggets to add to my salad. Today’s “extra side” looked as though I was given scraps. The container was a third of the way full whether you could count eight pieces or not. Normally I’d let it go and move on but that extra side cost me $6 so I gave them a call and their manager ANDREW told me that I should come all the way back to the location so he could personally count how many nuggets I was given so he can assess if he needs to give me 2,4,6, or any at all. Sorry Andrew, but I wasn’t born yesterday. I’m not about to hike back out of my way for you to say “you got the amount of nuggets you’re supposed to get.” All you had to say was that you’d make me a new batch and I can come pick it up. It’s that simple. I’ve not once had any issues and me coming is so routine I didn’t expect for Shrek himself to try and play me over some grilled nuggets. Do better and get rid...
