Culver’s — Restaurant in Warsaw

I normally like culvers as far as freshness of the food and the pleasant staff members. And none of that has changed. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 It's the simple fact that I also doordash And on 8/16/2024 I had asked the girl at the cash register about this customer's order.And she said it wasn't quite ready yet. What's just fine so I stood back so other customers could order. And after about a 15 minute wait. Just to find outbthat the order had been sitting there for quite some time getting cold and milkshake melting. She knew I was waiting on that order and was standing right by the Sheld that they put the doordash orders on and even looked at me so she knew I was still there. I understand that people in the restaurants.Do not like the door dash orders For Some unreason but they Are also paying customers actually they pay more And they deserve to get their food hot and fresh also. It would have been more understandable if they were busy and they were busy and they were, but she was just...

In the past 2 months we've gone a couple of times. Both times my boyfriend has ordered the bacon deluxe and both times we get it back home and there's no bacon. I call in they take down all my info and say that I dont need to have the receipt because I wasnt given a receipt. Well i talked to a person there today because no one has called me letting me know what's going to be done to fix this. The man at the register tells me they dont have my information and there's nothing they can do without the receipt. When 2 different people told me I didnt need a receipt. I'm very upset that this is what I was told after them telling me they would fix it and now they say they cant do nothing about it. It seems like you employees need to communicate better about what is being done as the one told me that I wasnt the first to complain about this. NOT A...

What a shame. This place looked very exciting, and I might even go as far as having a high level of class. But was disappointed by the rubbery grilled chicken. I thought Culver's was above freezing fowl.

Everything that lead up to the chicken sandwich was better than average. The fries were light, fluffy, and delicious. The bun on the sandwich smelled amazing, I could taste the butter already!

This all came crashing down as soon as I took a bite of it...The chicken looked like it had seen better days, tasted extremely salty, and worse of all.... made a rubbery crunch as I bit into it.

Im not much of a burger person, but I wouldn't be surprised they treat their beef patties this way, just harder to notice.

This goes to show that there hasn't been a good chicken sandwich I have tried better than either homemade or...
