Bob Evans — Restaurant in Warsaw

We experienced very slow and terrible service and they weren't even that busy. Waited for almost 15 mns to get our order taken, then waited for another over 15 mns to get our salads. Our dinners arrived after another 20 MNS and some of our food was cold and silverware were dirty. Had to track down waitress to get fresh. Needed to ask for our bread. Never received our beverage. Never received our dessert that was part of our three course Waitress never came back to ask how things were or to give us our bill.. Went to check out with no ticket, asked to see ticket, manager stood back and listened as we talked about not getting things, cold food, etc. and said nothing, even when he was called over to the register to take off for the beverage we never received! Poor management shows all the way down to the wait staff and hostesses, who did not even say Hello when we arrived. Bob Evans my love for you is fading fast. I'm hoping it is just this poorly run location in Warsaw, IN and not all of them that...

I would say I will never go back again. The Service was great 11 out of 10. The food was poor. 2 out of 10.

Back story. It was Thanksgiving. I understand busy out of the wazoo. I had turkey and stuffing, mash potato, carrots, mac and cheese. Everything you can think of was poor. Turkey was dry the gravy was watery. The potato was ice cold with gravy on top. Stuffing had herbs that didn't rehydrate and bread part over cooked. The noodles was over cooked in the Mac and cheese. The carrots was cooked and uncooked like it was just add pot before serving the plate.

I truly understand lot of these problems. got to make them fast or nothing get done. The Service was good and understanding. She was nice, sweet, and kind.

It was family setting so i couldn't talk about these problems. Only reason why explaining all these is just to get over it. It feel like one of those bad employee dinners at...

We come to bob Evans often and usually love it. Except tonight is probably the worse dining experience I have ever had! Servers were lacking motivation and arguing among themselves. We waited forever for our food while we watched it sit in the window and no servers around to ask for it. (Wasn't busy) And indeed, it was cold when we got it. Then we waited ten minutes for refills. Manager had a complete grump and uncaring attitude (we were nice about it all) when we had to replace our to go order. But Our server himself had a nice manner but lacking in customer service or was just having a really bad day. When they were around the waitresses were not helpful or kind. Needless to say, I won't be eating at that particular bob Evans again. ☹️
