Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Warsaw

2 major things: First off it is and never will be acceptable for a pizza restaurant to take 95 minutes to complete an order... when during that same time they continue to crank out pizzas for walk-ins to grab and go. A customer should never have to wait that long and watch people who openly said they ordered 25 minutes ago get their order. To make matters worse, I am a big fan of stuffed crust pizza, and had never ordered one from Little Ceasars. Please don't waste your money, as it was not "stuffed". The entire cheese stuffing had melted out of the crust and I was left with slightly burnt cheese outside the pizza edge and the rest oozed as nothing more than an additional cheese topping, all while eating hollow, inflated crust. Terrible accountability and service. And pathetic quality control for something so simple. No thank you Warsaw...

Ordered on their app and of course DoorDash delivers it and I paid almost $40 and got only two of my items that I ordered and I was missing the other three items that I ordered and so I called the number and they said if DoorDash approves the refund I'll get my money back but if not there's nothing they can do so then they just got money from me from ordering on their app and I still didn't receive my order and I'm out money which means somebody goes without eating in my family tonight I guess next time when the guy doesn't understand me for the DoorDasher cuz I tried telling him I was missing three other things and he couldn't understand me because he didn't...

Worst customer service went in at 932 and was informed no custom orders could be made. One guy folding boxes kept saying a sausage pizza was custom. That's not the case where I'm from. Unable to order a thin crust pizza which wasn't what I was trying to order finally frustrated I asked for a corporate number or franchisees number unable to get that either so I'll work on finding that out myself.
